The staff were all wonderful.
Stayed on 5/3 during the peak of Golden Week. As an IKYU Diamond member, I could extend the checkout time until 3 PM, but due to the busy period, it was allowed until 2 PM. This still gave me plenty of time to relax in the room, for which I am very grateful. The staff at the lounge, cloakroom, and restaurant all had wonderful smiles that made my stay truly enjoyable. The room amenities felt a bit simple for a hotel of this class and could be improved slightly. Other than that, the variety of breakfast options and room comfort made for a pleasant stay overall.
