It was a very pleasant stay.
When making a reservation, the reservation staff was very helpful in responding to our inquiries. Upon arrival, the doorman was very friendly to the children, which made them happy. At check-in, the front desk staff was courteous, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. Overall, the staff was flexible and maintained an appropriate distance, perhaps because we were with children, making it a good hotel. The breakfast was a delight for the children, both in appearance and taste. Although we couldn't use the lounge yet, as the children have grown, we stayed at a city hotel for the first time in a while, and we are glad we chose Hilton Nagoya. We will definitely use it again when we visit Nagoya.
