An affordable and comfortable Hotel

Before COVID, I used this hotel from time to time, and this stay was my first time back on the Executive Floor in a while. Since we had a late lunch, the light snacks in the lounge were more than enough for dinner. Compared with when the lounge used to be on the 27th floor, it felt a bit less impressive in both variety and quality, but there was such a wide selection of drinks that it was hard to choose. Even on a Saturday night, we were seated right away without any wait. The Room we stayed in was spacious enough, and I had no complaints about the amenities. It wasn’t on the Bay Bridge side, but it was fun watching the Yurikamome line from the window! We had breakfast at The Grill; there was a wide range of buffet items such as salads and bread, and we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace. There was also a Japanese set meal option, which made my husband very happy. One small thing I noticed: some of the cherry tomatoes had dirt on their surface—something that would come off with a light rub—so that part was slightly disappointing. Overall, for an Executive Floor stay it offered excellent value for money, and I’d definitely like to return again from time to time.
