I stayed at the accommodation from the day before my birthday, and it turned out to be the best birthday ever. The view from the room on the 27th floor was breathtaking, with stunning sunsets, dazzling sunrises, ships coming and going in Tokyo Bay, and cars crossing bridges—each scene was captivating and wonderful. The small gift I received along with this beautiful view felt like a delightful present! This was my second time celebrating my birthday here following last year, and I was touched once again by the warm congratulatory words from the front desk staff during check-in. The lounge had a calm atmosphere with adorable sweets, drinks, and warm light meals—all of which were carefully prepared, delicious, perfectly portioned in variety and quantity—and I could relax at any time of day. As someone who loves sweets especially enjoyed the baked cookies and fruit jelly included as a small gift—they were truly exceptional! Absolutely delicious! Although I don’t drink alcohol myself so didn’t partake in it either within-room options nor lounge selection seemed high-quality well-stocked impressive nonetheless. From friendly greetings bright voices every staff member provided immediate kind assistance creating sense security combined cleanliness interior uncompromisingly high-quality service always leaves me deeply impressed. It’s such an amazing place where heartfelt thoughtful hospitality makes me want return repeatedly soon possible! Considering making annual tradition celebrate birthdays here but even just relaxing hotel stay plan revisit after New Year begins too! Room service breakfast including melon juice paired scenic views window made this year equally unforgettable! Thank you very much for taking care wonderful experience
