I used to stay here regularly, but it seems the quality has declined. It's disappointing.

I have stayed at this accommodation several times over the past few years because I really like the lounge. This time, I chose a plan with lounge access and a room credit of 10,000 yen. Upon arrival, we were immediately escorted to the lounge. We were seated by the window, but there were glasses left on the table. Neither the staff who guided us nor I noticed it until my companion pointed it out, which was quite surprising. When we raised our hand to call an experienced staff member nearby, they told us to wait in turn, which was even more surprising. We visited the lounge around 4:30 PM after completing check-in. When I tried to enjoy some snacks with coffee, a staff member loudly informed me that snacks would only be available from 5 PM onwards—I felt this could have been communicated more politely. However, as always, the menu during alcohol service time was wonderful. We also ordered room service; the male staff who delivered it explained everything in detail and came across as very kind. Regarding our room on the 26th floor—previously we could watch YouTube via TV mirroring in rooms on this floor; however, this time it was just a regular TV setup. When I asked about it at the lounge reception desk later on during our stay—they mentioned that rooms on both floors 25 and 26 do not support such features anymore—but is that really correct? Back in July when staying in a Junior Suite (as per their records), perhaps things differed then—but prior stays specifically within standard accommodations located directly atop Floor-26 itself seemed capable of enabling said functionality too—or so memory serves. The next morning at breakfast—the male attendant guiding seating arrangements initially directed us toward one area before abruptly changing course mid-way through leading instead toward another section altogether requiring unnecessary backtracking ultimately resulting within placement upon oversized sofa-style seating intended primarily for larger groups rather than smaller parties like ours present therein meanwhile failing thereafter entirely follow-up regarding any subsequent orders placed leaving matters unattended until eventually addressed belatedly instead solely courtesy intervention rendered behalf senior female colleague stepping forward apologetically acknowledging delays encountered throughout proceedings overall disappointing experience especially given lighter-than-usual crowd levels observed coinciding weekday visit circumstances prevailing contrary expectations previously established precedent whereby prompt clearing empty plates etcetera routinely handled efficiently without issue whatsoever under similar conditions past occasions alike. It seems new staff members have joined recently—which is good—but their level of customer service still feels lacking compared to before; attention-to-detail appears diminished somewhat resulting impression overall quality standards having dropped slightly relative prior visits fond memories associated historically cherished favorite hotel destination chosen whenever seeking relaxation assured satisfaction guaranteed unfortunately following latest stay sentiments shifted somewhat hesitant immediate return inclination leaning alternatively exploring alternative options featuring comparable
