It was a wonderful Hotel.

I stayed here to attend a live show. I arrived at Osaka Station early in the morning and wanted to leave my luggage, so I headed to the Hotel by limousine bus. From that moment, the driver, the bell staff, and everyone afterward were incredibly kind. Even before check-in, I felt it was a wonderful Hotel and truly looked forward to my stay. The view from the Room was amazing—I felt like I could see Osaka’s sparkling cityscape stretching endlessly. The Room had a very calm atmosphere, and the Heavenly Bed was absolutely fantastic. I wished I could have slept a little longer. When I asked at the front desk about women’s amenities, they kindly provided them, which I really appreciated. I don’t usually have many chances to visit a Hotel bar lounge, but since it was a special occasion, we were able to toast “cheers for your hard work,” and enjoy ourselves in an elegant, grown-up atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also delicious across the board—it felt like there wasn’t enough time in just one morning. I would love to stay again.
