Check-in Time

Check-in was delayed by an hour from the scheduled time. The in-room amenities have significantly downgraded compared to before, with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap being fixed in the shower room only (just like a Business Hotel), and not available in the main bathtub, which is very inconvenient. The club lounge has less than half the number of seats compared to before, and during certain times, there is a wait of over an hour (defeating the purpose of a lounge). The aperitif has also significantly downgraded compared to before.
