The room was nice, but...

I had previously used the dining and lounge services, but this was my first time staying overnight. The hotel staff were all very accommodating, and the room was clean. After checking out, I left my car and used the shuttle bus to Umeda. The road to Umeda was a bit congested, but I finished my errands and headed back to the hotel bus stop. The traffic was quite heavy, and although the buses are supposed to come every 30 minutes, it took a while for one to arrive. I could have walked back to the hotel, but since it was raining, I patiently waited for the bus for 30 minutes. When it finally arrived and I got on, the driver repeatedly glared at the passengers and loudly warned, "I don't know when we'll arrive! It's faster to get off and walk!" With each shout, one group after another got off the bus, even families with small children. I understood that the driver was trying to avoid complaints about the delay due to traffic, and since I wasn't in a hurry, I stayed on the bus. Eventually, we departed with only seven passengers left from a full bus. I understand the driver was trying to avoid complaints about the delay, but it didn't leave a good impression.
