    Good value for money.

    I always use this property when staying in Nagoya. The location is good and convenient, while also offering good value for money. I stayed on the 16th floor, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was convenient because the plan included access to the lounge space. It's a pity that the hotel's all-day dining, which is a point of pride, wasn't open depending on the number of guests staying that day.

    Solo Travel

    Since it was my first time in Nagoya, I chose this property to find a room where I could stay alone with peace of mind. Without a card key, you cannot enter or exit the elevator or the entrance to the accommodation floors, so the security was reassuring. Both the room and the interior of the property were clean and tidy, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was also varied and delicious.

    The response of all the Hotel staff was very polite and good. The cleaning was thorough, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. Thank you very much. Since I had a lot of luggage, I thought it would be more convenient if there was a Shuttle Service from Nagoya Station.

    The room and the buffet are both very good.

    I stayed on the executive floor for a birthday celebration, and both the room and bed were spacious and comfortable, which was very nice. The breakfast had a very wide variety, allowing us to fully enjoy Nagoya specialties. Additionally, the desserts were plentiful, including soft serve ice cream, which truly lived up to the reputation of Tokyu Hotel. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. We were able to enjoy tea and snacks in the executive lounge until departure, and I truly felt it was worth staying on the executive floor. With this quality, the stay was really at a great price, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely visit again.

    The service at the City Hotel is excellent.

    I was able to stay at a well-rated Hotel in a very good location at a reasonable price, even though the nearby Business Hotel was small, dark, and expensive. Of course, the service is also good, and you can stay comfortably. If you are going to Nagoya, this place is definitely recommended.

    Stayed at the end of...

    Stayed at the end of a trip to the Tokai region. There were anniversary decorations on the table in the room, which was a nice touch. Many hotels in Nagoya City have advantageous parking, and it's appreciated that club floor guests can park for free until 3 PM. Since the fitness room is free to use, I used the indoor pool and bath. It was definitely better than the bath in the room. The lounge had a limited number of seats, and the selection of drinks and food was somewhat lacking, but I thought it was probably appropriate for the price. For breakfast, I had the Nadaman (Nadaman) porridge set meal, which was neither good nor bad. The Western buffet might have been better as it offered more choices. Overall, the hospitality of all the staff was excellent. As expected of a long-established hotel. I would like to stay again when I revisit Nagoya.

    Although I had little time to stay due to my activities, the Property kindly stored my luggage before and after my stay. The Room I returned to, tired, was clean and very comfortable. Next time I visit Nagoya, I would like to stay longer. Thank you very much.

    First Stays

    The quality was as good as a first-class Hotel. I stayed for the breakfast, and it was as reputed, very satisfying. However, it was unfortunate that the floor staff was few, so the mid-bussing was not thorough. Other staff members were also smiling, and I enjoyed a comfortable Hotel life. Thank you.

    I felt the essence of a long-established inn.

    I had some business in Kuwana and stayed here. The establishment's traditional elegance and refined decor, and above all, the staff's exceptional service, hospitality, and smiles were outstanding, making for a very pleasant stay. I was also upgraded to a quiet floor, for which I am very grateful. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy a comfortable time like nowhere else in a long time. Regarding the amenities, I have one question: which brand are the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom? If possible, I would appreciate it if you could let me know, as I would like to obtain them. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Both the hospitality and the cleanliness of the Room, as expected from Tokyu.

    Due to the typhoon, my stay was changed from 2 nights to 3 nights, but I was able to receive prompt assistance via phone. The service during that time and throughout my stay at the hotel was very courteous and warm. The breakfast buffet and the Japanese cuisine at Nadaman were both very delicious. This was my first time in Nagoya for a live event, and I was surprised by the heat (though it was comfortable inside the hotel). I found myself sweating even with a little movement, so I wished there was a coin laundry as I ran out of clothes to change into. However, it was very helpful that I could request direct delivery from the hotel for the goods I purchased, the clothes I bought, and the excess souvenirs, and they arrived in perfect condition the next day. The adjustable mirror in the bathroom could be positioned at just the right height for my face, which I think is very helpful for women when applying makeup, and above all, the room was spotless everywhere. This time, the live venue was Port Messe Nagoya, which was not particularly close, but I considered it a hotel where I could enjoy my stay, not just for the live event. I love the Bay Hotel Tokyu in Yokohama, so I made a reservation thinking of Tokyu Hotels, and I am really glad I stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. Thank you very much. I received a recommendation for the Comfort Member, and I was able to spend time at the hotel until the live event with a late checkout. Since I am not fond of unit baths, next time I plan to reserve a room with a separate bath and toilet and visit the Higashiyama Zoo.

    The Hotel staff are particularly wonderful!

    I used the executive floor. I enjoyed drinks, snacks, and during the alcohol service time, I had champagne while chatting, which allowed me to relax comfortably. The staff constantly checked and replenished the snacks, showing great attention to detail. The staff at the check-in counter were also very polite and courteous. It was very comfortable, so I will stay again next year.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were all very kind and immediately offered assistance when I was in need. The people at this hotel were truly wonderful. On the other hand, the superior room was quite old and dark, which I didn't like very much. Since I needed to work in the room at night, I wanted a room that would lift my spirits a bit more. I requested a change and was gladly moved to an executive room for an additional fee. I think I may have caused some inconvenience. This was a more comfortable room. Considering the price, the lounge was sufficient for weekday use, but it was quite narrow, making it difficult to use when crowded. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast in terms of taste, variety, and atmosphere. The poor layout made it feel chaotic even when it wasn't very crowded, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Recently, even business hotels have good breakfasts, so I thought it might be better to stay here without breakfast. Nagoya Tokyu Hotel (Nagoya Tokyu Hotel) has been famous locally for a long time and had a good image, so I felt it was a good deal when I booked it at a lower price than other city hotels, but after staying, I felt it was worth the price. However, the people and service were excellent.

    The staff's service is excellent.

    This time, I stayed with the Executive Plan for the first time. I registered as a member of Tokyu to use the Plan. Like an all-inclusive, I was able to use the salon and sports gym, and I definitely want to stay with this Plan again. As expected from a long-established first-class Hotel, I thought the service from the young staff was excellent.

    Reception Service

    When I checked in and entered the room, there was a smell of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. I spoke to the front desk, and they quickly changed my room and moved all my luggage. I was very pleased with their excellent service. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay, and it was very comfortable. My daughter, who stayed with me, also said it was a good Hotel. We were able to use the lounge and gym, and with a 12 o'clock checkout, we could relax at the Hotel. I would like to use this Hotel again when I visit Nagoya.

    The executive lounge...

    The executive lounge was quite small compared to the number of eligible guests, and it was often unavailable when I went! Whenever I met the staff, they always greeted me cheerfully. As for the facilities, it was difficult to adjust the temperature when filling the bathtub, so I think it would be nice if the temperature could be set.

    It's a very good hotel.

    It's very close to Sakae Town, and both Nagoya Castle and Atsuta Shrine are nearby when you take the subway. The facilities are also splendid. It would be helpful if they could use thicker curtains to address the noise from the main street.

    The ladies' room is good.

    This was my first time staying here, and it was a prestigious hotel. The use of taxis from the entrance was very smooth. It has a calm atmosphere without being noisy, making it a reliable hotel to use as a base for theater visits, sightseeing, and gourmet tours. The availability of a ladies' room is also a high point.

    It was an elegant hotel. Improve the breakfast buffet!

    I used the executive service, and I felt secure as there was security right after getting off the elevator. The room and other facilities were clean, and the front desk service was excellent, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Due to time constraints, I used the buffet, but the space between seats was narrow, and I almost bumped into other guests several times. A person next to me spilled coffee, and it got on my foot, but the staff didn't seem to notice until I mentioned it. The bread and salad were mediocre, and I feel there is still room for improvement in the buffet. I'm rooting for you.
