    I had a relaxing time.

    Even as a single, the Room and bed were spacious, allowing for a relaxing stay. The young staff members greeted with warm smiles and refreshing hospitality, which was heartwarming.

    Comfortable Stay

    It was a very comfortable stay, and I would like to stay here again whenever I have work in Nagoya. You can feel the hospitality of this long-established accommodation throughout. If I may point out one thing, it would be the elevator. It is a very charming elevator that makes a sound like wind chimes when you ride it. The glass lighting is beautiful and impressive, making everyone look up. However, there is quite a bit of dust on the beautiful lighting. It would be great if this could be cleaned more thoroughly.

    Executive Stay

    Overall, it was excellent. From the entrance of the Hotel, top-notch service was provided. The executive floor had impeccable security, and the lounge was used smartly with mutual consideration. As a sauna enthusiast, I fully enjoyed both the bath and sauna, making it a wonderful stay.

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    It was a bit of a walk from Sakae Station, but the Hotel had a traditional and open design. The elevator wait time felt short. The meals were delicious, and it was helpful that requests for Room cleaning times were accommodated.

    Nagoya was hot.

    I have stayed here twice before. I had another reason to visit Nagoya, and since I was familiar with the place and there was a free parking benefit through the IKYU special offer, I decided to stay again. Unexpectedly, my room was upgraded, and it turned out to be a very nice room, so I was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much! The location is close to Sakae and very convenient, so I highly recommend it. However, Nagoya in summer is hot! The hotel is great, but be prepared for the summer heat in Nagoya. I also felt the significant impact of inbound tourism during my stay. Although I didn’t use the breakfast service, I noticed that the voices of inbound guests heading for breakfast were somewhat distracting.

    Also a Diamond Member of Tokyu.

    I requested an upgrade, but it was not granted. I received a gym pass, but I didn’t realize it could only be used for two hours in the morning and couldn’t use it. There was no mention of this time restriction here, and I think a brief explanation would have been helpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Nadaman.

    The towels, beds, and rooms are clean. The lively atmosphere of the lobby gives the impression of a large Hotel near a busy downtown area, but I was able to relax.

    The smiles of the staff helped ease the fatigue from our journey.

    From check-in to the morning greeting, the staff's smiles were truly wonderful. I enjoyed breakfast at Montmartre; the Nagoya-style dishes are now centrally located and easier to find, and the chicken wings were even tastier than those from famous Nagoya restaurants. However, it was disappointing that I couldn't get a freshly made omelet as before, possibly due to how busy the staff seemed. Instead, I had to settle for a pre-prepared fried egg. Previously, choosing ingredients for a freshly cooked omelet on-site was an exceptional experience.

    Excellent location

    Thank you for accommodating us with a smile despite our late check-in. The parking lot was narrow, and since we have a slightly larger foreign car, it was quite challenging to park. It would be helpful to have parking spaces dedicated to larger vehicles, though I understand this might be asking too much. The Room was spacious and clean; we would love to stay again!

    It was great!

    I stay at this accommodation every year, and it seems to have improved compared to previous years. The lounge, though offering only light snacks, had an improved selection, and I used it multiple times. After having lunch within the hotel, I was planning to grab coffee somewhere else. However, since the room was ready earlier than expected due to low occupancy, I could enjoy coffee in the lounge instead. The snacks were tastier than before as well. After dinner, I also enjoyed the alcoholic beverages provided. The concierge staff treated me very kindly. I plan to stay here again.

    Hotel with Excellent Staff Service

    I reserved a room with a bathroom that includes a washing area, and the price was reasonable compared to international hotels. The staff's service was pleasant, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast tasted good, but the variety could have been slightly better.

    The area around the Hotel offers a variety of Nagoya cuisine.

    There is a bakery with a buttery aftertaste near the breakfast buffet area within the Hotel. Within a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, you can find various gourmet options such as chicken wings, crab dishes, steak, and Turkish cuisine. This Hotel offers an elegant stay along with easy access to delicious food. Next time, I will come with my wife.

    Everything was excellent.

    We have stayed at this accommodation several times with guests visiting from afar, and the hospitality, room cleanliness, and breakfast were absolutely excellent. On the day of our stay, we had plans for city sightseeing with 10 people, and we greatly appreciated the kind assistance in arranging a jumbo taxi in advance.

    Value beyond expectations

    The front desk service and staff attitude were very pleasant. I stayed for two nights. Although I declined towel and sheet replacements, the towels were neatly folded, and the bed was properly made. I chose a Plan with breakfast included and enjoyed a Japanese meal, which was satisfying. Everything exceeded its value for the price.

    The area seen in the photos is a café, and unfortunately, the view was not visible after entering the front desk. After check-in, I immediately took the elevator to my room, which was a bit disappointing. However, the elevator was spacious and very nice. The guest room was also comfortable to stay in.

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed here not for any particular reason but to relax and unwind. Although I couldn't enjoy the buffet due to a long line at breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Japanese morning menu with barley and grated yam rice. The lounge also offered a wide variety of drinks and light snacks, which was very satisfying.

    This has become my regular accommodation.

    Enjoy a relaxing stay in the calm guest rooms; I use this Hotel several times a year. At other hotels, frequent guests are warmly welcomed with a "Welcome back," but here, the service is more reserved. At the breakfast venue, perhaps due to many overseas group travelers, explanations were suddenly given in English (laughs).

    Excellent customer service

    Stayed here after several years. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and it was helpful that they placed my luggage in the Room when I arrived early. Regarding the Room's Facility, the bathrobe was convenient, and there was a sufficient amount of cosmetic amenities provided, which was great. The bathroom is old, but the showerhead was easy to use, so I had no complaints.

    I stayed for one night during the Golden Week period and was completely satisfied with the Room, meals, and lounge. I look forward to staying again during the next long holiday.

    Omelette for Breakfast

    The omelet was prepared by a younger chef this time, and it seemed to take too long to shape, resulting in a harder texture inside. It would be better if they practiced more before serving guests. I’ve tried various Nagoya specialties, but the ankake spaghetti sauce and chicken wings here could be spicier and have more punch. Since I came all the way to Nagoya, I would have liked miso soup made with red miso and a strong bonito broth flavor. Apologies for sharing so many thoughts; overall, it was a well-balanced and delicious breakfast typical of a Hotel. The staff's service was excellent, making the meal thoroughly enjoyable.

    The service and rooms are of a first-class Hotel, yet reasonably priced, and very close to the city center—truly excellent. One request: Please consider preparing about two pet-friendly Rooms, like those at ANA in Kanayama.

    A superb Hotel in Nagoya renowned for its exceptional hospitality.

    It was an exceptional stay that exceeded expectations. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, with thoughtful attention to detail and a warm yet refined service that deserves special mention. This remarkable hotel, rich in tradition and elegance, offered a spacious, bright, and impeccably clean room. The amenities were excellent, featuring ample closet space, comfortable room wear and linens, a convenient parking system allowing free access with just one card swipe, well-maintained gym and pool facilities, and even guest-oriented details like easy-to-use toothbrushes. Having stayed at numerous hotels during my frequent visits to Nagoya, I can confidently say this hotel meets almost all the criteria I look for in accommodation. While the breakfast buffet could improve in terms of service quality compared to competitors, everything else about this hotel is highly recommendable. I look forward to visiting again next time. Thank you very much!

    Upon entering the Room, I was surprised to find flowers, balloons, and a Happy Birthday message card on the table. (Since I was traveling by plane, I left the flowers and balloons in the Room and only took the message card with me.) It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

    Executive Services

    Last time, I chose the Standard Plan, but this time I opted for the Executive Plan. Coincidentally, it turned out to be the same Room as before. I remembered being told during my previous check-in that I had been upgraded, and realized that it was actually an Executive Room back then as well. That said, the Room itself remained clean and well-equipped with amenities. Additionally, having access to the Executive Lounge provided unexpectedly excellent services, which made my stay very satisfying.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Stayed with my elementary school daughter without meals. The hotel had a pleasant fragrance upon entering, giving it a luxurious feel. The room was just the right size, and the double bed was spacious and comfortable. There were also slippers and yukata for children. I wanted to include breakfast, but we didn’t have time to relax, so next time I’d like to take it easy and enjoy breakfast. The parking fee is 1,200 yen per night, and being able to use it until the afternoon of the next day was a nice bonus.

    It was a short stay, so this should be enough.

    The standard Room was equipped with basic amenities. It was comfortable to stay in. Recently, my Room has always been upgraded during my visits, so staying in a standard Room this time felt just okay. The staff's service is polite and excellent everywhere. I always choose this place because of its convenient location and parking facilities. I had the breakfast buffet for the first time in a while; since I went later, I could enjoy it quietly at my own pace. I will visit again.
