The Pride of a Full-Service Hotel

Due to a sudden change of plans, I booked a same-day stay for one night. I arrived late and cautiously made my way from the parking lot into the Hotel, but the bell staff, the front desk team, and the restaurant staff the next morning were all exceptionally kind and helpful. While the building itself shows its age, it is very well maintained, with power outlets and Wi-Fi available—no complaints at all. When I woke up in the morning, a newspaper had been slipped under my door. (Although I didn’t use them this time,) there were not only a pool and gym but even a small arcade. I was especially grateful that I could continue using the parking lot until 3:00 PM (!) after checkout. Thanks to that, I was able to leave my car parked until early afternoon and take care of errands around town. Considering the price, it felt like full service beyond what you’d expect these days—I truly sensed Tokyu Hotel’s pride in hospitality. If I have another chance to stay in Nagoya, I would definitely like to return. Thank you very much.
