Omelette for Breakfast

The omelet was prepared by a younger chef this time, and it seemed to take too long to shape, resulting in a harder texture inside. It would be better if they practiced more before serving guests. I’ve tried various Nagoya specialties, but the ankake spaghetti sauce and chicken wings here could be spicier and have more punch. Since I came all the way to Nagoya, I would have liked miso soup made with red miso and a strong bonito broth flavor. Apologies for sharing so many thoughts; overall, it was a well-balanced and delicious breakfast typical of a Hotel. The staff's service was excellent, making the meal thoroughly enjoyable.
