Both the hospitality and the cleanliness of the Room, as expected from Tokyu.

Due to the typhoon, my stay was changed from 2 nights to 3 nights, but I was able to receive prompt assistance via phone. The service during that time and throughout my stay at the hotel was very courteous and warm. The breakfast buffet and the Japanese cuisine at Nadaman were both very delicious. This was my first time in Nagoya for a live event, and I was surprised by the heat (though it was comfortable inside the hotel). I found myself sweating even with a little movement, so I wished there was a coin laundry as I ran out of clothes to change into. However, it was very helpful that I could request direct delivery from the hotel for the goods I purchased, the clothes I bought, and the excess souvenirs, and they arrived in perfect condition the next day. The adjustable mirror in the bathroom could be positioned at just the right height for my face, which I think is very helpful for women when applying makeup, and above all, the room was spotless everywhere. This time, the live venue was Port Messe Nagoya, which was not particularly close, but I considered it a hotel where I could enjoy my stay, not just for the live event. I love the Bay Hotel Tokyu in Yokohama, so I made a reservation thinking of Tokyu Hotels, and I am really glad I stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. Thank you very much. I received a recommendation for the Comfort Member, and I was able to spend time at the hotel until the live event with a late checkout. Since I am not fond of unit baths, next time I plan to reserve a room with a separate bath and toilet and visit the Higashiyama Zoo.
