The front desk staff...

The front desk staff were all very kind and immediately offered assistance when I was in need. The people at this hotel were truly wonderful. On the other hand, the superior room was quite old and dark, which I didn't like very much. Since I needed to work in the room at night, I wanted a room that would lift my spirits a bit more. I requested a change and was gladly moved to an executive room for an additional fee. I think I may have caused some inconvenience. This was a more comfortable room. Considering the price, the lounge was sufficient for weekday use, but it was quite narrow, making it difficult to use when crowded. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast in terms of taste, variety, and atmosphere. The poor layout made it feel chaotic even when it wasn't very crowded, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Recently, even business hotels have good breakfasts, so I thought it might be better to stay here without breakfast. Nagoya Tokyu Hotel (Nagoya Tokyu Hotel) has been famous locally for a long time and had a good image, so I felt it was a good deal when I booked it at a lower price than other city hotels, but after staying, I felt it was worth the price. However, the people and service were excellent.
