The downside was the lack of items like robes to wear when using the VIP seats, unlike other night pools. The positive aspect was the excellent customer service in various ways. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful gestures. In particular, the front desk staff at check-in who upgraded my Room provided detailed explanations and attentive care, making it a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much! I would love to stay again.
