Traveling with my mother, who requires Level 5 long-term care.

My mother suffered a cerebral hemorrhage a year ago, and she wanted to see my sister in Fukuoka, so we traveled all the way from Tokyo to Fukuoka. Although she can stand up and walk a little, she uses a wheelchair for getting around. When I mentioned this at the time of Reservation, you kindly arranged a room close to the elevator and provided an assisted shower chair, among many other thoughtful touches. I truly felt this is what you’d expect from a first-class Hotel. I also told you that her 83rd birthday was two days after our stay, and we were delighted to receive cookies along with a birthday card. If I may mention just one thing: the step at the entrance to the bath & shower room was difficult for her. The shower chair was also quite large for use with the bathtub, making it hard for her to move around and requiring extra effort. She can still stand for now, so we managed, but I felt that this type of bathroom would be challenging in the future. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. If we have another chance to visit Fukuoka, we would definitely like to stay again.
