Okura Brand

From the moment I entered the lobby and checked in at the front desk, enjoyed a meal at "Yamazato" within the Hotel, had breakfast the next morning, and checked out, every staff member I encountered provided excellent service with a warm smile. This is truly what defines the "Okura brand," and it was impressive. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, it was truly comfortable. I will definitely use your services again.
