Excellent.

I stay here about twice a year. Even when staying in the most affordable room, whether with children or alone, the staff is always very kind and accommodating, which makes me happy. Even during a multiple night stay, the room is cleaned thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. If you're staying in Hakata, I highly recommend Okura. Thank you very much!
