I would like to use it again.

Direct access from the airport without transfers, and while there is a bit of a walk from the station, it is connected, making it convenient even on rainy days. The location was also ideal for city sightseeing. Compared to newer international hotels, the building and facilities do show their age; however, they are well-maintained and impeccably clean, so it wasn’t an issue. The bed was also very comfortable. The front desk and lobby staff during check-in provided service that met Okura’s high standards. On the other hand, as mentioned by others in reviews, I was surprised by the coffee service at Camellia during breakfast. When seated, I was told "We’ll come back later," but even after getting food from the buffet and starting my meal, no one came to take my order. Staff were moving around clearing tables where others had finished eating but avoided eye contact with me entirely. Finally losing patience, I called out to someone before being served coffee at last. When I asked a young female staff member why no one came to take my order earlier, she replied that they would bring it if customers called them over first—an unusual experience for me where cups remained overturned on tables without any proactive service or even being asked "Coffee or tea?" This seems to be Camellia's standard style of service at Okura Fukuoka since similar reviews have been noted in the past without improvement. That said—even with this issue—the overall accommodation experience was comfortable enough that I would consider staying here again in future visits!
