The staff provided a truly comforting experience.

It was my first trip to Hakata in a long time since the COVID-19 pandemic. I forgot to request a barrier-free room via email in advance, but you kindly prepared it for me during the busy check-in time. Thank you so much. (I remembered staying in the same barrier-free room and an adjacent room with connecting access before.) The smiles and wonderful hospitality of the staff were truly comforting. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much!
