The hospitality is excellent.

I chose this Hotel for my business trip because it had a pool available during my free time. Although the Hotel has a historical feel and did not have a smart TV, the hospitality was exceptional, as expected from Okura. The pool was clean, bright with natural sunlight, and I enjoyed swimming there twice. If I have another chance to visit Hakata, I would love to stay here again.
