The staff is excellent, but the Facility is outdated.

The staff and managers at the front desk and restaurant were truly first-class, as expected from Okura. It was a service with Japanese attention to detail. However, unfortunately, the room's WIFI connection was poor, and although I stayed for work, it significantly hindered the preparation of presentation materials. I have stayed at hotels of the same level or higher in Japan before, but this was the first time experiencing such an issue. Although it is overseas, perhaps it is because various things are old. The Chinese restaurant was also delicious, and the service was excellent. The room was cleanly maintained.
