The only good thing is the location.

Most of the staff seemed inattentive. Especially the cloakroom staff—there was not even a simple greeting, even when I stood right in front of them. Amenities were minimal. There was hair in the bathtub, possibly from the cleaning staff. The staff member who delivered breakfast room service also did not greet me. The bread was unbelievably dry, and overall it did not taste good. Considering only the location, I think the room rate is reasonable, but I found no other appeal at all. None of the Diamond benefits were applied, and honestly, this was the most disappointing Hotel I have ever stayed at.
