A hospitality-filled Hotel in an excellent location.

Every time I went to Yokohama Station, I couldn’t help noticing the Sounyan plush toy at the front desk, and this was my first stay here. Because the location is so convenient and the price wasn’t overly high even during Golden Week, I assumed it would be like a city-hotel version of a Sheraton. However, the Room, service, and Facilities such as the restaurant were all truly luxurious, and I was able to enjoy an indulgent stay that felt unbelievable for the very center of Yokohama. The staff’s service was full of smiles and hospitality that you’d expect from a top-class Hotel, and they made every effort to accommodate our requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious; with plenty of space between seats, we could dine at a relaxed pace—almost like staying at a Resort Hotel. I would definitely like to stay again.
