I always stay here when visiting Hamamatsu. The Room is clean and functional, with a bed that has just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The bright bathroom with a magnifying mirror is very convenient. This time, I noticed the shower head had been updated, allowing easy switching between faucet and shower with just one button—very handy! However, it seemed to loosen during use, causing water pressure to drop. Please adjust this; it was Room 3317. I checked in after 4 PM and wanted to enjoy tea at the café but was informed that last orders were at 4:30 PM. There were no cake sets or similar options available through room service either, so I had to go out for good tea. Additionally, I learned that breakfast room service has been discontinued. It would be wonderful if you could offer sets like Shizuoka's delicious tea with traditional Japanese sweets or black tea with cakes through room service!
