Felt the tradition.

I stayed at the Hotel for work, so I spent limited time there and couldn't fully enjoy it. However, as expected from a hotel bearing the Okura name, the staff's service was excellent. The Room had a wonderful view, and amenities like coffee and bathroom supplies were sufficient. The Room was also impeccably clean. A few disappointments were that I wanted to order coffee after dinner at the Hotel, but room service ended at 9 PM. Additionally, the hairdryer in the Room had surprisingly low power; no matter how long I used it, my hair wouldn't dry properly, and I eventually gave up. Many hotels seem to close their room service or kitchen early due to staffing shortages. While I understand these challenges, nighttime is precisely when such services are needed as surrounding stores are closed. It would be great if a solution could be found for this issue. As for the hairdryer, it felt like there wasn't much consideration for female guests. Nowadays, high-power models have become standard even among regular options; I hope this can be reviewed in the future.
