The breakfast buffet was not up to the standards of a modern era.

Breakfast was served at a special venue in the banquet hall. It was exactly the same as Hotel Okura over 30 years ago. The breakfast buffet did not match the era without evolution. Hasn't the food at modern hotels evolved more? It does not match the price at all. Coffee in a ready-made pot, bread that lacks appeal, and was Vietnamese pho offered as a warm dish? Despite having many veteran chefs, there was no egg station. Many young chefs were also seen. Do they have to recognize this as a modern hotel breakfast? It's unfortunate. Having had breakfast at a foreign brand hotel in Kyoto the night before, it was truly disappointing. The management should study the current breakfast styles by watching YouTube. They should also hire a presentation coordinator. The front desk service is indeed Hotel Okura.
