This was my first stay here. I had no idea there was such a wonderful Onsen Ryokan less than an hour from home. The service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed the delicious meals. In particular, the steamed dish with spiny lobster, abalone, and beef was outstanding. The bath in the Room was also wonderful, and I also used the day-use Onsen. After dinner, we relaxed in the Room watching Netflix and YouTube, and the late-night snack was delicious as well. If I had to mention one request, it would be that breakfast starts a little late. As I’ve gotten older I wake up early, so I’d appreciate it if breakfast could start sometime after 7:00 a.m. That said... what disappointed me happened after breakfast. My one real hobby is watching Major League Baseball. These days, the only TV program I watch is MLB on BS channels. Since check-out is at 11:00 a.m., I thought I’d be able to relax at the Ryokan and enjoy baseball until then, so I didn’t record it at home before coming. However... when I tried to watch on the big screen by pressing the BS button, there was no BS broadcast available. I was honestly surprised—I assumed BS channels would be standard at any Ryokan (that assumption is on me). I don’t mind if Netflix isn’t available; but at minimum, I would like BS channels to be accessible. So overall it would have been perfect except for this point, but for Facility/equipment and overall satisfaction I rated it 4 stars.

I often stay here the night before a flight because it’s close to the airport. It’s clean, has a large public bath, and is very relaxing. I honestly wish I could stay a little longer. This time, there were also complimentary drinks, so I enjoyed some quiet time alone in the lounge. I’d like to stay here again.

My three sisters and I stayed here because we had an early flight from Kansai International Airport. It was our first time, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again next time!

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

I was able to relax and soak in the large public bath, which helped relieve my fatigue. The breakfast also had a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied. If I’m in the area again, I’d love to stay here again.

The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

I have stayed here many times and really love how comfortable it is and how well equipped the Facility is, so I gifted my son a two-night stay while he was looking for a Hotel for work. It was his first time staying at a Business Hotel, and he was happy that he could relax and recover after being completely exhausted. Thank you very much.

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

During Silver Week, I couldn’t find any available hotels in Osaka, so I booked this one because it was reasonably priced and had vacancies. They explained the parking clearly, and I could come and go freely, which was a huge help. When I asked if I could take the shuttle bus just because I wanted to visit Kansai International Airport, they immediately said, “Of course!” When I mentioned that I didn’t want to take a seat from travelers who really needed it and asked which departure time was less crowded, they told me, “If it gets full, we’ll send another vehicle!”—I was truly impressed. The airport was great as well, and the shuttle staff were very kind. At first I chose this hotel simply because nothing else was available, but I’m really glad I stayed here. The view from the 12th floor was wonderful, and the room was clean. It’s a bit far from areas like Namba, but even so, it’s a hotel I definitely want to stay at again. This hotel is conveniently located near Rinku Premium Outlets and directly connected to the station, making access excellent. When I went to the front desk around 1:30 p.m. to leave my luggage, they told me the room was ready and let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Double Bay View (BY). The wood-accented interior felt calm and relaxing. Being on the 24th floor in a corner double room, it had windows on two sides, offering luxurious views toward Kansai International Airport and Rinku Premium Outlets. The scenery was stunning both day and night. Two hotels share the same building, and both have front desks on the 1st floor, so be careful not to go to the wrong one—I did by mistake. One more thing to note: when you leave your room, you take the key card out of the slot, but at this hotel that completely cuts power to the room. I thought I was charging my phone, but when I came back it hadn’t charged at all. It was my first time experiencing this, so it caught me off guard. For breakfast, I had a buffet at the restaurant on the 54th floor. Another tip: from my hotel tower, you first take an elevator down to the 2nd floor and then transfer to another elevator in the other tower up to the 54th floor. The selection felt a bit limited, but everything was delicious. From my table I could see Kansai International Airport clearly on a sunny day—an amazing view. With its warm and thoughtful hospitality at a reasonable level of service, this is a hotel worth staying at at least once.

The view from the window was great, and the room was clean and beautiful! I had a wonderful time.

Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

I stayed here again after my previous visit, and the staff provided even better support in advance than I expected. This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

They offer a happy hour with unlimited alcoholic drinks until the evening (though there was no beer), which I really enjoyed. After checking in, we stayed in the dining area and had a great time instead of going up to our Room. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay. It’s close to the nearest station, and it was very convenient—only a 15-minute walk to my favorite theater. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff welcomed me with kind smiles, which was very comforting. I also appreciated being able to get refills of coffee at breakfast. Thank you very much.

As I live in Korea, I chose this hotel because it is close to Kansai International Airport. The shuttle service from the nearest station to the hotel, and also to the airport, was very helpful. The front desk staff were extremely kind, the flowers at reception were gorgeous and beautiful, and the hot spring was truly relaxing. After bathing, there was hot spring water available to drink, and I was surprised by how smooth it tasted. I stayed without meals this time, but everything looked delicious, so next time I would like to stay with meals included. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for everything. The young male staff member was extremely kind and helpful, and I was very satisfied. The property was kept clean throughout, and I had a comfortable stay. After checkout, they also stored my luggage while I went sightseeing nearby, which I really appreciated. With a convenience store and the station right in front, the location was incredibly convenient. There were several coin laundry machines as well, so I could use them without having to wait. If I had to mention something, since the air conditioning is not individually controlled by room, some guests may find it too hot or too cold during seasonal changes. Also, there didn’t seem to be many power outlets. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again.

Having stayed at Super Hotel in Nara before, I felt this is an excellent Hotel, with wonderful front desk staff who warmly welcome guests and provide clear explanations.
