Higashi-Kishiwada Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

I stayed with my 91-year-old mother, who uses a walking cart. Thank you for the Shuttle Service from Kaizuka Station. The meals had a gentle flavor and were very delicious; my mother said they were delicious and finished everything. We were able to relax in the Onsen in our Room.\nMy mother says she wants to come again, so please welcome us back.

Since my parents’ home is in Izumisano, I used to watch this place being built every time I came to Sano. This was my first stay here. It was fun to see the familiar station from the Room, and everything was very comfortable. After the large public bath, there are plenty of manga available—like at a manga café—so I’d love to stay again and relax when I’m back visiting family. My child was thrilled too. 　However, because of how card keys work, when you remove the key the power in the Room turns off completely and even the air conditioning stops. So when you come back from the large public bath, the Room is hot, which is inconvenient. At a Ryokan, for example, the air conditioning doesn’t usually shut off like that. Also, only the women’s bath requires an authentication number; while I understand it’s for security reasons, it’s quite inconvenient. Next time, I’d like to watch unlimited movies in the Room and add what looks like a luxurious breakfast. Free Child Sharing Existing Bedding for guests 18 and under is also greatly appreciated.

My three sisters and I stayed here because we had an early flight from Kansai International Airport. It was our first time, and the service was excellent—we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again next time!

I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.

The Room was very clean, which was great. It was helpful to be able to check crowding information for the breakfast venue and the large public bath on the TV. Since the Room was on the 3rd floor and seemed to face the platform, I noticed the noise from passing trains.

I stayed here before (about three months ago) and had a great experience, so I chose to stay again. I was satisfied, as I could relax in the large public bath. As for the amenities, considering the price, I suppose they were reasonable—sorry to mention it. I recommended this place to someone who traveled with me, but it seems they stayed at a different Hotel. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again.

I have stayed here many times and really love how comfortable it is and how well equipped the Facility is, so I gifted my son a two-night stay while he was looking for a Hotel for work. It was his first time staying at a Business Hotel, and he was happy that he could relax and recover after being completely exhausted. Thank you very much.

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

Thank you for upgrading our Room. Thanks to you, we had a very comfortable stay. From the window, we could relax and enjoy views of the sea and ships, and since it was perfectly clear, we could even see Harukas in the distance. On the day of departure, we really appreciated being taken by the bus leaving the Hotel around 5:00 a.m.! We were able to catch our flight easily and fully enjoy Ishigaki Island! We would love to stay again next time.

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

I stayed here the night before my trip to Korea. It’s right in front of the station, and there were restaurants nearby. The staff were kind as well. The Room was assigned for me, but it was spacious with an ocean view, and I was able to rest well after a long flight from the U.S. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much. From the station side, you need to go down to the first floor to reach the lobby, and it took me a little time to find the elevator. That’s why I deducted one star for that point.

I stayed at this nearby Hotel while preparing for a new start and moving, and it was a huge help that they allowed me to park my car for free even before check-in. The bathroom was a unit bath, but it was spacious with a large mirror, and it was great that two people could use the sink area side by side. It isn’t brand-new, but it’s comfortable and roomy, and I felt right at home. Every staff member was wonderful.

On my first Reservation, I wasn’t sure of the location, so I called for directions. They explained everything kindly and clearly, and I was able to reach the Hotel without getting lost. It was a big help. The Hotel is close to the station, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to stay again.

Our family of five stayed from 5/23 to 5/25. It seemed our Room had been upgraded from the one we originally reserved. Right after entering the Room, we noticed an issue with the bidet toilet seat, but the staff promptly guided us to a different Room. We used the parking lot, and the front desk kindly asked whether we were using it and assisted us courteously. It was about a 30-minute drive to the Dotonbori area, and our whole family was satisfied. The Room was also kept very clean. Since Awaji Island was just over an hour away, we were able to fit in an unplanned sightseeing trip there as well. If we have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Facility we would gladly stay at again.

They offer a happy hour with unlimited alcoholic drinks until the evening (though there was no beer), which I really enjoyed. After checking in, we stayed in the dining area and had a great time instead of going up to our Room. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

This time I didn’t use the dining options, but the meal last time was very delicious. The parking lot is spacious and felt safe, and I was completely satisfied with how comfortable my stay was. I would definitely like to stay here again.

My flight arrived late, so I made a last-minute Reservation at this Hotel. Even though it was a late check-in, the front desk staff were very courteous, and I felt comfortable staying here. The unit bath was being renovated, and the bathroom and toilet were extremely clean. Of course, the Room was also very clean—I was completely satisfied! I’d like to stay here again when using Kansai International Airport.

This was my fifth stay. Despite the high price, it was the worst so far. What was good: The Onsen hopping was as good as always. What was bad: At dinner, I ordered a draft beer, but it took a long time to arrive. When I rang the bell to call staff, the female attendant said, “Was it not served yet?” in an extremely unfriendly manner. Also, although I requested the same Room as last time, I was given one where the sink and toilet were in the same space. There were also steep steps inside, which was difficult for elderly guests. There were no power outlets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The TV couldn’t play YouTube (even though I have an account), which was very disappointing. It felt like an ordinary Room with only a massage chair. I will think twice about staying again next time.

Having stayed at Super Hotel in Nara before, I felt this is an excellent Hotel, with wonderful front desk staff who warmly welcome guests and provide clear explanations.
