I stayed at Bettei Koshinosato for two nights. It was my first stay in seven years. [Baths] Back then, I remember there wasn’t a shared bathhouse in the annex, so I went to the large public bath in the main building. I thought I probably wouldn’t use the annex’s large public bath, but after trying it, I ended up using only this one (laugh). It wasn’t crowded or noisy, and the complimentary drinks were provided in plastic bottles. The amenities—like toothbrushes and hair dryers—were also a step up from those in the main building. It’s nice that they’re clearly differentiated. As for the open-air bath attached to the Room not being an Onsen, I understand there are practical reasons such as water sourcing, so I simply enjoyed it as something special for photos. [Meals] I’m grateful that you accommodated our requests with flexibility. Bringing our own alcohol was also allowed (for a fee), and we felt consideration throughout. [Hospitality & Service] As always, each and every staff member provided wonderful service. The warm and charming proprietress—busy from early morning at breakfast while still taking time to chat with each guest—is surely one of the reasons why Kaho is regarded as one of Japan’s finest Onsen Accommodations.

The meals were delicious, and we were able to relax. The amenities—especially the towels and toothbrushes—cover the basics, but it would be nice if the quality could be improved a bit.

I made this Reservation on behalf of my father and mother. They really liked the Onsen, and they said the breakfast style—taking small side dishes—made it easy even for my father, who has limited use of his hands. Last time they took more food than they could finish, so this time we chose the lowest-priced Plan, but they were still satisfied with the meals. They love the hot spring water. We look forward to staying again.

We went car camping in West Izu to celebrate my retirement, and since my wife only eats dinner, we couldn’t visit local restaurants for fresh fish at lunchtime—so we made a Reservation here to enjoy a more luxurious dinner. I also had a faint memory that we may have stayed near Koibito Misaki about 30 years ago, and it seems the chef’s son has taken over. The meal began with a boat platter featuring splendid alfonsino, local fish, crab, and spiny lobster, followed by French cuisine—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied. As this is a pension-style Accommodation, the Facility is not brand-new, but we could feel thoughtful attention to detail throughout and were able to spend a wonderful time here. We would love to stay again.

I stayed on the club floor at Hotel Hankyu International during my time in Osaka, and it was an exceptionally satisfying stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, answering my questions warmly and attentively with genuine smiles. I felt truly welcomed. While the hotel has the elegance you’d expect from a luxury Hotel, it never felt stiff—service was delivered with a comfortable sense of distance that left a great impression. My club-floor room was spacious, with upscale furniture and furnishings throughout. The view of Osaka from the window was especially breathtaking. Through the large windows, Umeda’s night skyline spread out before me in full. Simply taking in the view felt like pure luxury. The club lounge also exceeded my expectations. I could relax in a calm atmosphere, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and attentive. The view from the window seats was wonderful as well—I lost track of time while unwinding there. The drinks and light bites were high quality, making this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their Hotel stay. Most memorable of all was breakfast. The Japanese set included soft-shelled turtle rice porridge (suppon zosui), which was surprisingly delicious and made for an indulgent start to the day. The refined, deeply flavorful broth soaked into me with every sip, bringing happiness with each bite. There was none of the gaminess often associated with suppon—just a gentle taste at a level that hardly seemed like breakfast food. Every side dish was carefully prepared too, leaving me completely satisfied. From the room and night views to the club lounge, breakfast, and staff service—everything met an impressively high standard. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “I will definitely stay here again.” For anyone seeking a special stay in Osaka’s Umeda area, I can confidently recommend it. When I visit Osaka next time, I would absolutely choose the club floor again—it was a wonderful Hotel stay that let me fully enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life.

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Hokkaido. All of our previous stays were wonderful, but Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding as well. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and regret not being able to eat everything. The kamameshi rice was especially tasty, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything we ate was great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very delicious. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin—one night wasn’t enough. This time we didn’t have enough time to explore Tokachi at a relaxed pace, so we would love to return next year. Above all, what made the best impression on us were the staff at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge provided exceptional service with a wonderful smile. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with an even lovelier smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but I also felt it reflects the Hotel’s excellent management philosophy. All of the other staff were equally attentive, and it reminded me that what truly shapes a trip is not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality. Thank you for helping us create such great memories—we would love to stay again next year.

We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Kyocera Dome. We’ve stayed at various Hotels every year, but from now on we’d like to stay here. The location is great, of course, but above all we were truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. They noticed us waiting in the elevator hall and immediately came over; when the elevator arrived, they asked, “Are you heading to the front desk?” and pressed the button for us. At check-in and at the breakfast venue as well, staff spoke to us right away, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate pajama set felt wonderful too. We were also happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa model. The only thing was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but it was clean and more than sufficient for us as a couple. We were told that the spacious, easy-to-park lot can be used all day even after check-out. We also appreciated being guided just as kindly at check-out as we were at check-in. We liked it so much that we even recommended this Hotel to a friend who had been planning to stay at another Hotel in Osaka next month (laugh).

This is a small Hotel right in front of Lake Chuzenji, and we had a wonderful trip thanks to the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and delicious, and we truly enjoyed them. My elderly mother was also very pleased. This is a highly recommended Hotel, and we would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I always stay here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. This time as well, I stayed in the Club Lounge. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed a truly luxurious and relaxing time while having an Orion beer. I had a great time at the pool with my children, and with easy access to Kokusai-dori, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. I look forward to staying again next time.

Unfortunately, it was raining on the day of my visit, but towels were thoughtfully provided at the reception. The Room was filled with attention to detail. There is also a lounge stocked with various drinks and alcohol, reflecting their generous spirit of service. I would love to

I have been staying here for some time, and recently I always stay for three nights. Each time, the property is quiet and thoroughly cleaned throughout. The wonderful, delicious meals were excellent, and both the open-air bath and the large public bath were spotless. The background music was also pleasant. The Room has two rooms with a veranda, and it was the perfect size for just my spouse and me. The staff’s service was also good.

I stayed here with my mother. To reduce the burden on my elderly mother as much as possible, I asked about the routes from our Room, and they provided a thorough explanation in advance. They also contacted us to confirm our stay, so we arrived feeling at ease. The Kaga-style dinner was very delicious, and the fireworks visible right in front of our Room were truly impressive—but above all, the Onsen. The spacious large public bath felt as if it continued into Lake Shibayama, and I ended up soaking for a long time. The morning bath while basking in the sunrise was also wonderful. The water was excellent. We were able to relax without any worries and spend a peaceful time. Thank you very much.

This is a compact Accommodation. While the building has some age, it is kept very clean, and its compact size makes it easy to access the baths and dining area, making for a very comfortable stay. Our Room was on the first floor, but the view was outstanding—true to the Accommodation’s name, it was a spectacular panorama! The baths were my favorite type—an alkaline spring with a silky feel—and the view from the open-air bath was also breathtaking. For dinner we chose the “Bliss Course,” and that was absolutely the right choice: a wonderful meal packed with Sendai’s flavors. The Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on magnolia leaves was tender and generous in portion, and the miso seasoning was exceptional. The beef tongue was also thick and tender; we had planned to eat beef tongue again the next day, but dinner left us completely satisfied, so our whole family agreed we didn’t need to—and we were able to keep our expenses down as well. The seafood and sashimi were delicious too; even the scallops were thick, and everything we tried was satisfying. Breakfast also included hot pot dishes and sashimi—almost like a light version of an inn-style dinner—and we left completely full. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

This was our first stay. The Room was very spacious, and the view was wonderful. Watching the sunrise and the changing colors of the sea was truly beautiful. As my husband and I both love good food, we were especially delighted that the meals were so delicious. Thank you very much.

I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. Thank you for everything—I’ll be back again.

I was wondering how things would be after the change in management, but it was a comfortable stay with meals truly worthy of an auberge. The young chef is full of talent, and I’m excited to see what kind of dishes he will create in the future. As for service—such as the timing of meal service—I think it will become more refined as they gain experience. If I had to mention anything, I would have appreciated having both loungewear and pajamas, and on a smaller note, amenities like shoe-shining supplies. I will visit again.

This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us. We would love to stay again.

From check-in to check-out, this Hotel was filled with exceptional hospitality. Below you is the sea, and the constant sound of the waves is truly soothing. Dinner comes with such a generous boat platter that you may wonder if you can finish it—naturally, the drinks go down easily. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but it offers private open-air baths and an in-room Onsen bath, both with sweeping ocean views. Nearby there is a large roadside station with everything you could want—meals, souvenirs, and sightseeing cruises. (We went twice.) One concern: there were two or three large spiders on the ceiling of the room’s balcony. If those were taken care of, it would be perfect. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to visit again.

Recently, I stayed at this Accommodation with my parents and my daughter and her husband. Our Room had a modern Japanese style, and we were truly moved by the panoramic view of the Sea of Japan from the Room. The water was so clear that we could have watched it forever. At night, we could see dozens of lights out on the dark sea—perhaps squid-fishing boats—and it was absolutely beautiful. The large public bath also faces the sea, and we enjoyed soaking for a long time in the open-air bath while taking in the view. We chose the deluxe Plan for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed dishes we had never tried before, such as steamed items and mackerel shabu-shabu, but the highlight was definitely the salt-grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch)—it was exquisite. Some Ryokan serve nodoguro as well, but it is often small; here it was surprisingly large. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I consulted with them in advance about arranging a surprise cake. From our communication beforehand through to the day itself, they handled everything with great care, for which I am very grateful. My husband was delighted, and we were able to celebrate with smiles all around. Thank you again. If there is one regret, it’s that we stayed only one night. It’s an Accommodation that really deserves at least two nights, so next time I hope to book a Multiple Night Stay! Lastly, I rated the Facility 4 because there are some older areas here and there—for those who might be concerned about that. However, it did not bother us at all during our stay, and I don’t think it would be an issue for most guests.

We had an extremely satisfying stay in every way. This time, we stayed in both the villa and the Deluxe Twin, and both Rooms were very clean. However, on the first night we chose to have a BBQ at the villa, but it was too hot to handle. We thought it would be nice if there were a mist system on the terrace.
