Walking from Hakone-Yumoto Station while browsing for souvenirs, then passing through the main street lined with shops, it was also a delight to reach the Accommodation while being soothed by the lush riverside scenery. The all-you-can-drink service during our stay was also great, with a wide selection including draft beer and sparkling wine. For dinner, we chose the seafood shabu-shabu Plan, and it came not only with several kinds of fish but also scallops and crab; there were plenty of vegetables as well, and everything was delicious. The other dishes were served in small portions so we could enjoy a variety of items, and they looked beautiful too—we enjoyed them very much. Breakfast was also colorful and wholesome, with steamed vegetables, grilled fish, rice accompaniments, and more—delicious food that felt gentle on the body. Neither meal felt lacking at all, but it also wasn’t so much that we couldn’t finish—just the right level of fullness. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The view from the Room was green and pleasant as well, though artificial fencing made it slightly disappointing. The Onsen was comfortable in temperature and very relaxing in both the large public bath and the private bath. The ice pops after bathing were also a welcome service. All of the staff had wonderful smiles and were kind throughout our stay, making us feel very comfortable. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Whenever I return to Tendo, my wife and I stay here. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the staff’s hospitality—from their greetings to their thoughtful care—has never changed. The meals are delicious, and even amid rising prices, you can feel the commitment to maintaining your service. For me, “Comfort Hotel Tendo” is truly indispensable. Please keep up the great work, everyone.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious, clean Room. The BBQ dinner was very satisfying, with paella and acqua pazza in addition to BBQ. Even after checkout, we were able to play plenty at the pool and indoor play area at Rurikei Onsen, and our 4-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren were delighted. On the drive home, they kept saying, “Take us back to Rurikei,” haha. Haha

Stayed for work.\nSince I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was a completely satisfying one-night stay from check-in to check-out.\nThe front desk service was excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. The amenities were plentiful—even including a hair mask pack.\n\nIt was an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay!\nThanks to you, my work fatigue melted away. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay at this Accommodation, and we really liked it—the atmosphere was great, and the Room was spacious and very relaxing. It’s also close to Yubatake, so getting to Yubatake in the daytime and when it’s lit up at night, as well as shopping for souvenirs or grabbing a quick drink or meal, was no problem. Since it isn’t right around Yubatake, we were able to spend the nights quietly. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kusatsu.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better. The Room felt spacious, and the large table in particular was very convenient and useful. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was a first for me. Both the bathroom and the bed were generously sized, so I could relax and enjoy my stay. The accommodation cost was also reasonable, which really helped. Thank you very much.

The Room was clean and spacious, and the bedding—including the pillows—was thoughtfully maintained to prevent odors, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here due to moving and was completely exhausted, but I was able to rest well. The bathroom was also spacious, which was great. I’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations as well and think they offer excellent value for money.

As described in the title, the bathtub was spotless, and the thoughtfully crafted breakfast menu was excellent.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. Staying overnight on Miyajima was definitely the right choice, and this Accommodation was excellent. The meals were outstanding, the Room was spotless, and the property was so calm and quiet that it’s hard to believe how lively it is outside. The lounge is stylish, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. They also provided helpful information about the island and even made ferry Reservations for us—we truly appreciated their support. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to.

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay. The new Room had a private indoor bath, and we were truly satisfied. Dinner was French cuisine, and every dish prepared by the delightful chef was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. We would love to visit again.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay. The Onsen in the Room is silky and wonderfully relaxing. All the staff were very kind, and I also enjoyed a variety of snacks and drinks in the lounge. I look forward to visiting again.

We previously had an amazing time watching the Atami fireworks up close, so we came back with our dog. With its consistently great location, we were able to fully enjoy the fireworks festival again. Our family loves this place so much that we’d happily stay here again and again, but we would appreciate it even more if you could consider the following: For a Multiple Night Stay with takeout meals, there are clearly not enough dishes and utensils. It would be very helpful to have dish soap and a sponge, paper towels, and large trash bags. We also used the instant ramen vending machine on the 2nd floor, which our child loved. However, there are only a few topping options available compared to the number of ramen servings in stock. We would be happy if you could consider restocking more frequently or increasing the amount provided. That said, I think we’ll be back again. Next time, we’d love to enjoy the autumn/winter fireworks as well. Thank you very much.

Although the weather was fine down below, up in the mountains it was foggy and rainy, so unfortunately even after taking the ropeway it was a completely white world. The open-air bath at the mountain Hotel was great. I was especially lucky to see Mt. Yari appear above the clouds from the mixed-gender open-air bath where you wear a bathing garment. Next time, I plan to come in October to observe the starry sky.

The location is excellent and very convenient with parking available. The area is perfect for exploring and dining, so you'll never have trouble finding something to eat. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing—too basic, to be honest. Considering Utsunomiya's specialty is mainly gyoza, it might be understandable, but overall it was still a good Hotel.

I stayed here for an exam, and thanks to the thoughtful attention to detail and flexible support, I was able to face the day fully prepared. The warm hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast left a lasting impression, and I would love to stay here again.
