Stayed for work.\nSince I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was a completely satisfying one-night stay from check-in to check-out.\nThe front desk service was excellent. And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. The amenities were plentiful—even including a hair mask pack.\n\nIt was an extremely pleasant and satisfying stay!\nThanks to you, my work fatigue melted away. Thank you very much.

The riverside open-air bath was closed, but we used the outdoor Onsen reached by going down 300 steps. The staircase is so narrow that only one person can pass at a time. We were told it’s open until 11:00 p.m., but we were worried about our footing at night, so we went in the evening and again in the morning. While soaking, we enjoyed the river’s flow and the mountains, listening to the sound of the water. The stairs were tough, but I truly felt glad we came. The semi-open-air bath down about 20 steps was also wonderful, with a clear view of the mountains right in front of you. The temperature was perfect for me. I didn’t expect much from the indoor bath, but it had large windows and felt very pleasant; there was a jacuzzi, a reclining bath, and a hotter pool where we could relax comfortably. Everyone at the Accommodation was very kind and welcoming. Dinner came in many small dishes. The beef and the meatballs in the hot pot were delicious. Even simple items like the beef sauce, hot-pot broth, and pickles were all excellent. The portions were just right for us as a couple. I think you need to be fairly fit to visit an outdoor Onsen that requires going down 300 steps—but I’m really glad we did. This isn’t about the Accommodation itself, but both the bus driver from Nasushiobara Station and the person at Shiobara Onsen Terminal who explained a map of Shiobara Onsen were incredibly friendly, which made our memories of this trip even better. Thank you very much!

The location right next to the station was very convenient. The breakfast also had a wide variety of items, and I was very satisfied. If I had to mention any complaints: perhaps because it’s along the railway tracks, the soundproofing on the track side is excellent—there was no noise at all. However... the hallway door is loud and has no soundproofing whatsoever. Being able to clearly hear conversations and noises from people in the corridor is a downside. I couldn’t hear noise through the walls, so the building and wall insulation seems good, but there is virtually no soundproofing around the door area. It’s a shame. Also, there was hair on a bath towel, and although the bathroom itself was clean, the lower part of the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and was dirty, which was disappointing. Still, even taking these into account—the delicious breakfast, convenience, and comfortable Room thanks to how new it is—I’m very satisfied for this price. I’ll stay again!

Stayed at a hotel close to the airport as my flight arrived at Naha Airport around 10 PM. Conveniently located near the station with a large public bath, and the clean room was very comfortable. The bus stop to Jungleia was also nearby, making this accommodation an excellent choice. Breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you!

I stayed at this Accommodation yesterday! The service was very attentive, and the in-room open-air bath was flawless. Watching the staff grill and prepare sushi right in front of us at dinner and breakfast made the experience even better. Thank you for a wonderful one-night stay!

Although it is a small Hotel, the staff were kind. The amenities were plentiful, and the welcome drink (alcohol) was a nice touch. It was disappointing that dinner was not available, but breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff were also very helpful, explaining how to enjoy the food and letting us know when items were freshly cooked, which made for a pleasant start to the day.

The Room was clean and spacious, and the bedding—including the pillows—was thoughtfully maintained to prevent odors, making for a very comfortable stay. I stayed here due to moving and was completely exhausted, but I was able to rest well. The bathroom was also spacious, which was great. I’ve stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa Inn locations as well and think they offer excellent value for money.

The thoughtful consideration to ensure guests can relax and unwind was evident throughout. I enjoyed spending time in the spacious bath, choosing the firmness of pillows and beds, which made my stay very comfortable. Although I couldn't sleep much due to personal reasons, being able to use the large public bath even late at night helped me relax, which was wonderful. Recently, I've stayed at many business hotels without meals, so the breakfast buffet was a delightful service. Additionally, the courteous hospitality allowed me to have a pleasant stay. This was my third stay for business. Walking from Fukuoka Airport with a suitcase can be tough during hot weather because the roads are uneven. However, if you make a Reservation for your departure time from Fukuoka Airport, they will drive you there, which is a very helpful service. For a solo business trip, this is a clean, great-value Hotel with nothing to complain about. Also, Yahoo! Travel offers an instant point discount, which is nice. It’s also convenient as a base for day trips from Fukuoka Airport. And if you’re flying out of Fukuoka Airport, they can take you there as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Staying overnight on Miyajima was definitely the right choice, and this Accommodation was excellent. The meals were outstanding, the Room was spotless, and the property felt remarkably calm despite the bustle outside. The lounge is a stylish space where you can enjoy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They also helped us with information about the island and ferry reservations, which we truly appreciated. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to.

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay. The new Room had a private indoor bath, and we were truly satisfied. Dinner was French cuisine, and every dish prepared by the delightful chef was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

This was my first time in Himeji to see an opera. I considered other options, but chose this Hotel because of the Nikko brand, a separate bath and toilet, on-site parking, and even a club floor. However, the parking lot fills up quickly (it’s near the station and there aren’t many spaces), which made me nervous as a guest traveling from far away. A male staff member at the parking entrance kindly secured the last available space for me, which was a huge help—thank you very much. It would be great if parking could be reserved when making a Reservation, though I understand it may be difficult to manage. I also appreciated that parking is free for club-floor guests. The Facility feels a bit dated in places, but the Room has been renovated for comfort and convenience, with no shortage of amenities. The ReFa shower and hair dryer were excellent. The toilet wasn’t just updated cosmetically—the fixtures and piping also seemed new, making it very easy to use. The pajamas were a comfortable two-piece set with a soft feel and relaxed fit. It was quiet at night and I slept very well. The lounge made me wonder if this price is really okay—the food and drinks were impressively plentiful. Not only alcohol but also a great selection of HARNEY & SONS teas; the cinnamon tea recommended by one of the hotel staff was so good that I bought some afterward. Overall, the service was pleasant throughout and I could truly relax. Breakfast offered an extensive variety of both Japanese- and Western-style dishes—so much that even with my big appetite I couldn’t try everything. Live-cooked egg dishes are common at Hotels, but this was my first time seeing burgers made to order right in front of me. The burger was delicious—and perfectly sized as well. And the Awaji Island milk was outstanding. With no time limits on parking or lounge access, I could visit Himeji Castle and shop in the arcade as well. This isn’t just convenient for guests—it also feels like support for local revitalization efforts. Breakfast included many locally inspired items, and even the vending machines next to reception carried products from local confectionery shops—another nice touch. I don’t often have reasons to come to Himeji, but I’d love to return for a relaxing staycation. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed here after hearing that the breakfast is highly rated. It really was delicious—well-made, clearly homemade, and truly satisfying. I’m glad I stayed. It was my first time staying at a Hokke Club, and it made me want to stay at Hokke Club hotels in other locations as well. I really appreciate being able to enjoy local specialties so deliciously. I thought it was a very nice Ryokan. Even though the building and Facility are understandably old, all of the staff were wonderful. Dinner had a wide variety of dishes, and for my growing son they kindly provided extra white rice in addition to the final rice course, which we really appreciated. The attendant was also very kind, and we enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace. There were several baths and we couldn’t try them all, but I’d definitely like to come back and enjoy them again. One small downside was that the shower temperature in the bath area wasn’t consistent, but overall it was a great stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This stay was once again completely satisfying. We were blessed with great weather, and from our high-floor room we enjoyed a spectacular view, including a beautiful sunset sinking behind the Rokko mountain range. The Japanese set breakfast was excellent and made us feel happy from the start of the day. This was a return visit, and we were truly touched that the staff remembered us and greeted us warmly. Even when staff members change, consistently delivering “stable, first-class service” is proof of a truly outstanding Hotel. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and courteous, making our stay genuinely comfortable.

The location was excellent. From the Room, the lobby, and even the elevator, we could enjoy beautiful views of Ise Bay, which was truly moving. The view from the lounge was also lovely, and I wish it had been available for longer hours. We chose a Japanese-style Room, and both the Room and tatami were clean, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the Onsen, including both the large public bath and the open-air bath. The late-night Ise udon as well as the ice cream and coffee were delicious. The Ryokan staff were kind and made us feel at ease. It was also very convenient for visiting Futami Okitama Shrine, Ise Grand Shrine, and Toba Aquarium. The salmon at breakfast was large, filling, and delicious. Next time, we plan to choose a Plan that includes dinner. We’re very happy to have found an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again after such a long time. Thank you very much.
