I have stayed here to mark important milestones in my life. This time as well, I stayed for an early birthday celebration. Outside was the hustle and bustle of the city and humid heat, but the lobby was comfortable. Although it was crowded due to the weekend, check-in was smooth, and once I entered my Room there was no noise, allowing me to spend a relaxing time. Even though it’s just ordinary time, the time spent in the Room feels special, and each visit reminds me how glad I am to be able to return. Of course, I also appreciate the convenient access to Ginza and Hibiya, but I will stay again in search of that special time at this Hotel. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

We stayed with an infant and a young child, and had a very comfortable stay. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and every staff member was extremely kind and hospitable, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The meals were well prepared and thoughtfully presented. Since we have children, we are careful about ingredients and additives, but we were able to enjoy everything with peace of mind right through to the final dessert. It was also convenient that the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway Station is right in front of the Accommodation. For families with small children, this Accommodation has it all—the spacious Room, the warm support from the staff, reassuring meals, and a convenient location—making it very easy to stay here. We would definitely like to return.

Portom International Hokkaido truly lives up to the phrase “like an art museum.” From the moment you step inside, you’re captivated by its gorgeous, sophisticated interiors. In the evening, we enjoyed Akkeshi whisky and expertly crafted cocktails at the wonderful bar, spending a blissful time. Breakfast was also outstanding—everything tasted first-class—allowing us to forget everyday life and fully savor an exceptional escape. It’s a place I’d love to visit again on a special occasion.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Because she has allergies and we were visiting for her birthday, we exchanged emails in advance. You responded so kindly and thoughtfully that we were able to arrive with no worries at all. It was raining on the day, but you came out to greet us with an umbrella, carried our heavy luggage to the front desk, and even brought it up to our Room while we were checking in. From the very beginning, we felt reassured and could truly sense your outstanding hospitality. The tea and shaved ice served at check-in were also delicious. The Room was even more wonderful than in the photos. The contrast between the lush green bamboo grove beyond the window and the beautifully shaped white bathtub was breathtaking, and we were able to relax in a refined, calm space. Although it should have been hot outside, once we soaked in the open-air bath we didn’t feel the heat at all—it was incredibly pleasant. Bathing while watching a butterfly resting on leaves right in front of us felt truly extraordinary. Dinner allergy accommodations were perfect. Even with allergen ingredients removed, you ensured each dish still looked just as impressive as others, so my girlfriend could eat with peace of mind. Everything tasted amazing, and I ended up drinking quite a lot. The truffle rice was especially delicious—I had seconds—and I now regret declining when you kindly offered me a third bowl… I later tried to order truffle rice balls via room service at night but service had already ended, so I wished I had eaten more then (laugh). It seemed everyone had been informed about my surprise plan as well; you supported me smoothly throughout so I could prepare within time and carry out the surprise without her noticing. The charlotte cake I requested was also delicious. Thank you so much. To sum it up: choosing Miwa Yugawara for this birthday trip was absolutely the right decision. Every staff member was wonderful and highly service-minded, and I’m truly glad we stayed here. We soothed our fatigue in the open-air bath, felt satisfied with the delicious meals, and your thoughtful care healed our hearts. Thank you again for everything. We look forward to visiting again. Oh—and breakfast was delicious!

This time, I stayed with my toy poodle. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member came right away and helped carry our luggage on a cart, which was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk was kind, and they were gentle with my dog as well. The complimentary treats were a nice touch. The Room had a clean, Western-style feel, and being able to grind coffee beans with the coffee mill made it feel special. There were also snacks prepared for both people and dogs in the Room, which showed great thoughtfulness. The only concern was that the bedding had an animal-like odor that seemed to have soaked in. I would appreciate deodorizing and sanitizing. At the restaurant, every table had space for dogs, so being able to dine together with my dog was truly wonderful for guests traveling with pets, and we were able to enjoy a special time. My dog happily ate the beef menu at dinner, but the next morning didn’t eat it—perhaps because the meat was a bit tough—which was slightly disappointing. Our meals used high-quality ingredients, and we could enjoy even the low-allergen options with peace of mind, though overall they felt slightly lightly seasoned. The freshly baked bread service was well received. For late-night noodles (yonaki soba), I chose the soy sauce flavor. It was delicious. I was also satisfied with the breakfast buffet. However, since the coffee machine brewed one cup at a time, it tended to get crowded; offering coffee in decanters would make it even more convenient. The large public bath was clean and relaxing, and I also appreciated the free ice pop service after bathing. The dog run even had photo spots where we could capture fun memories. Since all guests were traveling with dogs, conversations naturally started among us; it created a very friendly atmosphere with an appeal you can’t experience at an ordinary Hotel. For drinks at the restaurant, I used Kyoryt Maintenance shareholder benefit vouchers. I personally own a small number of Kyoryt Maintenance shares as well, and after experiencing such a wonderful Hotel firsthand, I genuinely felt glad that I bought shares in this company. It ended up being satisfying not only as an overnight stay but also from a shareholder’s perspective. If only the bedding odor could be improved further it would be even more comfortable; aside from that point I was very satisfied overall and would like to stay again with my dog.

Despite the difficult circumstances following the earthquake, all of the staff continued to provide high-quality service with warm smiles. Thank you very much. I also thoroughly enjoyed the bath while being moved by the beauty of the sunset and the sea. We truly appreciated the anniversary surprise as well. We would love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and every staff member I met in the Hotel offered truly wonderful greetings and service. The meals were delicious, the service was attentive, and being able to enjoy several types of wine at the wine server corner was a great Facility for wine lovers. These days, when staying at foreign-owned Hotels, services are often simplified; however, this Hotel feels like it carries on Japan’s heartfelt hospitality from a better era. Thanks to the staff’s excellent attentiveness and consistently comfortable service, it became a wonderfully relaxing trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again.

My daughter stayed here in June for her wedding. Hakodate is one of my favorite cities, and I have stayed at many Hotels there. This time, since we had the wedding, we were looking for a Hotel where she could relax as much as possible, so we chose this Hotel, which I had been interested in for some time because of its great Reviews. According to my daughter: The service was extremely courteous, the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of amenities and thoughtful items to enhance the stay (such as a coffee grinder and hair iron), making it very comfortable. Next time, I would love to stay here myself. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness.

This is my fourth stay, and each time has been better than the last. In addition to the exceptional hospitality each staff member shows to every guest, you can also feel their dedication to continually improving the Accommodation, and I discover something new with every visit. I’m always grateful for the irreplaceable time I get to spend here—something I can only experience at Takinami. Next time will be in autumn. Thank you in advance.

I was deeply relaxed in this luxurious space where I could feel Kyoto in every detail. The bath also had a genuine herbal soak, letting me enjoy a truly indulgent Onsen-like experience. The amenities were well stocked, and the futon and pillows were fluffy, so I slept soundly. It was a wonderful trip that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely love to stay again. We arrived in Hikone before check-in time, but we were happy that you came to pick us up at Hikone Station. In front of the large public bath, you had placed nicely chilled tea, which was a great help since I was traveling with my grandchild who drinks tea often. This is a calm, comfortable Accommodation where you can feel the spirit of hospitality everywhere. You prepared private dining rooms for both dinner and breakfast, so we could relax and enjoy the delicious meals with peace of mind even with our preschool-aged grandchild. When my grandchild became sleepy during our stay, you even carried the futon for us—thank you very much for your kindness. As this is a cuisine-focused Ryokan, it met our expectations perfectly, and we were truly impressed by the head chef’s wonderful dishes. Thank you very much.

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent—no complaints at all. It was a truly memorable Hotel. The food in particular was outstanding; it may have been the best of any place we’ve stayed so far. Not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous—we’re big eaters, and even we left completely full. The Room was also wonderful, with a lovely view of Lake Biwa. Simply the best. To prove it, as soon as we got home we made another Reservation for the crab course—it's six months away, but we’re already excited to enjoy your料理 again. I stayed in a double Room with my daughter. All of the staff were polite and very pleasant. The key was a standard type, and while the Room had a slightly retro feel that showed its age, it felt clean and didn’t bother me at all—perhaps because everything was so thoroughly cleaned. I could even tell how careful the housekeeping was from the way the hair dryer cord was neatly wrapped. I really appreciated being able to enjoy a delicious breakfast for free.

We could even see Mt. Fuji—just as my parents had always said—and we were very satisfied! We stay at various Ryokan, but the meals here were especially generous and delicious. The staff were kind to our child as well, and our child seemed to love it the whole time and stayed in a great mood. We’d love to stay again when we visit Shizuoka!

I couldn’t make a Reservation at Super Hotel or Route Inn Hotel, so I ended up booking this place because it had good Reviews. But after staying here, the first thing that impressed me was the bath. I’ve visited quite a few Onsen areas, and this hinoki bath really let me appreciate how wonderful it is. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful as well. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay here again.

I had to change my itinerary and made a last-minute Reservation, but I had a very comfortable stay. Security was excellent: for the free laundry, you get a key from the front desk to enter, and both the washer and dryer can be locked. The women’s bath is unlocked by entering a password, which made me feel very safe. The bath is open for long hours, much more spacious than expected, and both the showers and hair dryers were ReFa—I was thrilled. The welcome drink and cold-brewed tea were also delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.
