The Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The location was convenient, and there were many dining options nearby, so we were very satisfied. By the way, Ichimonji Hakodate Ramen was delicious.

Guest Room & Amenities: We had a twin room, and it was spacious. The view from the window was great. Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk. There is a wide range of loungewear sizes, and I was happy that you can take different sizes for the top and bottom. There were only a few tissues in the room, so I used the ones I brought with me. The safe is small. Service: Very good. Onsen/Baths: The water was nice, but it’s puzzling that there are three bathing areas for women and only one Onsen bath. If heated water is necessary, wouldn’t just one be enough? The open-air bath had a lovely atmosphere and was great. Facility & Equipment: There is a sofa in front of where the air conditioner blows, so cold air hits you directly; it was too chilly to sit there for long. The parking lot is a bit narrow. The underground parking area would be tough for elderly guests to walk up from. Dining: Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and everything was very delicious. It was disappointing that the spare ribs at dinner were overly dry and had become tough; otherwise, we were very satisfied. Overall Satisfaction: We stayed during Obon, but aside from the parking lot it didn’t feel overly crowded, and we were able to relax comfortably. We felt we’d found a great Hotel.

We stayed as a family. This was our first family trip with two boys. We contacted the Ryokan in advance to make sure we wouldn’t cause any trouble, and thanks to their support we had a wonderful time. The water in Yumura has truly excellent quality. It was a hot day and our child had heat rash, but after the Onsen the itching seemed to go away. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

I found this hotel as a nearby alternative when the hotel I had in mind was fully booked at the last minute. It was very comfortable. Above all, the bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly. The large public bath was also great. I was told that gowns were available in front of the elevators if needed, so I went to my room thinking I wouldn’t need one—but there were no pajamas. Then I realized “gown” meant sleepwear, so I went back down to get one. The room was clean, there’s a convenience store next door, and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Everyone at the Hotel welcomed us with warm smiles, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The large public bath was great, with a shampoo bar and a selection of hair dryers from brands like ReFa and YA-MAN, which was fun to try. Thank you very much.

I stayed here last year and was very satisfied, so I chose this Hotel again this year. Above all, the highlight is the wide variety of food. Everything was delicious, and I ended up going back for seconds many times. The pork shabu-shabu served in a small hot pot was especially outstanding, and I loved that you can shabu-shabu not only pork but also seafood. With several broth options to choose from, I could enjoy it exactly the way I like. In addition, there were sushi and sashimi, Tokushima ramen, freshly fried tempura, and a great selection of other dishes such as crispy lotus root and sweet potato chips—so much variety that I enjoyed every bite without getting bored until the very end. At the large public bath, bath towels and face towels were provided in the lobby area, so it was very comfortable to be able to use fresh towels each time. There was also complimentary ice cream after bathing, which felt like a thoughtful touch. The night view from my Room was also wonderful—the sparkling city lights were truly beautiful and made for an unforgettable moment. I was completely satisfied with everything—food, baths, service, and views—and it’s a fantastic Hotel that makes me want to come back again.

I made the mistake of thinking I had booked the same Room as before, not realizing it had been completely renovated, and only noticed after entering. I hadn’t read the description carefully enough. It was my first time using a daybed, but it felt modern, and I’m satisfied with it in its own way. As for the in-room bath, last time it rained and we got caught in the rain while using the open-air bath, but this time it felt easier to use than before. However, adjusting the temperature is still a bit tricky. The meals were just as satisfying as before in both portion size and taste. Last time, simmered golden eye snapper was served at the end when I was already very full, so I couldn’t finish it, but this time it was served midway through and I was able to eat everything. That said, the seasoning of the spiny lobster dish didn’t quite suit two elderly guests like us. It felt overly elaborate and seemed to mask the lobster’s natural flavor. For us, something simpler like sashimi or simply grilled would have been better. Our attendant was a foreign national and did their best to explain each dish clearly, which we appreciated; casual conversation might be difficult though. It seems that staffing shortages have reached Hotels as well. We were impressed that you greeted us right as we drove in upon arrival and saw us off at departure—service that remained just as attentive as last time. If we have another chance to visit Izu, we would like to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

I was surprised to find someone waiting to welcome us at the entrance when we arrived by car. We were greeted by the scent of lilies, and while waiting our turn for check-in, my husband quickly started enjoying a beer. Our Room was on the 3rd floor and felt more spacious than expected. The tatami flooring made it very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful, and we kept it open for a while just to enjoy it. The amenities were well stocked, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. One thing I noticed was that there was quite a large step up into the in-room toilet, which made me a little worried about tripping if I got up during the night. What stood out most was the wide variety of dishes at dinner. The boat platter we reserved was extremely fresh, and the sushi prepared right in front of us was delicious as well. I love grilled seafood, and I went back for it twice. The steak was also excellent. We couldn’t possibly try everything—of course there wasn’t any room left for late-night ramen, so I’d like to have that next time (laugh). We made our Reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by bringing dessert and taking photos for us—it became a truly happy memory. Breakfast was also buffet-style. In the morning, I made my own seafood rice bowl and enjoyed it very much. The freshly cooked French toast was delicious too. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all—it was a one-night stay filled with food that delighted both our eyes and taste buds. Lastly, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a very pleasant stay at your Accommodation. We will visit again.

Thank you for your hospitality. It was rainy and cold that day, so the shuttle bus was very helpful. The room was also cold, and since the air conditioning could not be adjusted in each room, we were concerned at first; however, you quickly brought us a heater. Even though it was small, it worked very well and kept us warm. The bath was more spacious than expected, and we were satisfied. The shampoo bar was also great. For dinner, we took the bus to the area in front of the station, finally got to try Himeji oden as we had hoped, and then were able to return by bus as well. However, there was no morning shuttle bus, so we had no choice but to walk to the station. It would be helpful if there were a few departures timed around check-out. Also, it was disappointing that complimentary bottled water (one per person) was not provided. Overall, it is a good hotel and we would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

This is an inn I had been curious about for about a year, and I was finally able to make my long-awaited stay come true. At check-in, you kindly explained the history and culture of Ise-Kawasaki in great detail, which truly moved me. The Ise tea and salted yokan served to us were delicious, and the warm, attentive hospitality of the staff member in charge left a lasting impression. The room was a charming space where you could feel the breath of history—spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The beautiful garden view stretching out beyond the room was so captivating that I found myself gazing at it for ages. The amenities were also wonderful, including VMG’s familiar rice bran series and the “Ise Misogi-yu” bath salts. What impressed me most was breakfast. The dishes inspired by the tradition of “Shinsen,” offerings presented to the deities at the Grand Shrine, had deep, comforting flavors that reflected both craftsmanship and heartfelt care. It brought me a profound sense of peace and healing as I felt connected to the local climate and history. I also appreciated being able to enjoy Ise udon at breakfast—something I had missed during my trip—which was such a thoughtful touch. At check-out, you gladly took commemorative photos in front of the main building and warmly saw us off until we were out of sight; that moment remains vividly in my heart even now. It was clear that everyone on staff truly cherishes Ise’s history and culture. This stay reminded me of Japan’s precious sense of beauty—something easily forgotten amid everyday busyness—and made it an unforgettable experience. I would love to return again. The location near Takayama Station was excellent and very convenient. Takayama sightseeing was close by, and as a couple in our 70s, we were able to enjoy about a two-hour walk. The Hotel staff were kind, so we felt comfortable staying there. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were delicious. We would like to stay again and would recommend this Hotel to friends.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

We stayed at the Tachibana Clan Residence. The building, the garden, the meals, and above all the heartfelt hospitality were wonderful, making this a truly memorable trip. We were able to fully appreciate the history of the Tachibana clan and enjoy views of the pine garden from the grand hall where the lord once sat. I’m sure that even people 100 years from now will be moved just as we were. Thank you very much.

All the meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. The staff provided excellent service, and we were very satisfied with the bath in the Room, which we could use at our convenience.

This was our second stay, and we stayed with my elderly mother. We thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel dinner and the Japanese breakfast. We were also able to relax comfortably in the barrier-free private open-air bath. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

Although the building is old, we had an ocean view from the Room and could watch the sunset, and the large public bath also had a sea view—it was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. There is also a pool during the summer, and it was great to be able to go down to the sandy beach as well. We would like to visit again.

The room had a wonderful view and was spacious. In the morning, we could watch the sunrise, and the lake looked absolutely beautiful. Dinner was served in a private room, so we could relax. Each dish in the three-tiered meal was delicious, and we also enjoyed the Noto beef. The shampoo bar and hair dryer bar in the bath area were great, and there was a good selection of drinks in the lounge as well. We would love to visit again.

All of the staff were wonderful, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff in particular were extremely kind. They guided me through the Go To Pass app, and although I thought I wasn’t a member, they confirmed that I was already registered and even took the time to contact my room to let me know. I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Also, after check-out I asked about the brand of dog food provided at the breakfast buffet. They went out of their way to look it up and explained it in detail over the phone. Thank you very much for your courteous support until the very end. Not only at the front desk, but all staff greeted me with a smile, and I felt a warm atmosphere throughout the property. The bath facilities also included an open-air bath, which was very relaxing, and I was able to unwind at my own pace. With such excellent hospitality from everyone, this is an inn I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Everything was satisfying—I took four baths. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable because staff frequently entered the large public bath changing room. I was disappointed when cleanup started before the final closing time. Still, I would like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
