This is my second stay. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, feels very fresh, and is extremely comfortable. However, the stairs are steep and there are steps, so it may be a bit difficult for guests with weak legs or mobility issues. That said, the best part is that natural Onsen water comes directly from the bathroom faucet. It’s a private Onsen bathroom. The water temperature is just right, so you can soak and relax at your own pace. Lake Suwa spreads out right in front of you across the road from the building—amazing views. It was cherry blossom season, and we were able to enjoy hanami at a leisurely pace. It was a very comfortable trip.

Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

I made a reservation with the Kamameshi Tasting Plan. The portions were larger than I expected, but the taste was so delicious that I finished it quickly. Considering the rising price of rice, staying for less than 10,000,000 yen per person is incredibly cost-effective. I would love to come again.

We stayed for 9 nights with two children. In a word, it was wonderful! The moment we entered the Room, we were amazed at how spacious it was. Everything was clean, and the furniture was modern, stylish, and very practical. Best of all, having a washer and dryer in the Room was fantastic—being able to do laundry every day without worrying about anyone else meant zero stress. The dryer was powerful and dried quickly, which really helped. Being able to take out the trash ourselves, wash dishes, and clean also made it feel just like home—comfortable and easy for us. Check-in and check-out were simplified and smooth; it took no time at all. The electronic keypad lock on the Room door was also great since we didn’t need to carry a key. The large balcony on the 3rd floor has a faucet you can use freely, which was perfect for rinsing off sand from swimsuits and marine shoes before going back into the Room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong too—even with three of us using games and videos at the same time, there was no slowdown at all. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This trip was mainly for the Onsen, and the bath was excellent. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to come again, but it’s an Accommodation that makes me want to stay again.

It feels a bit old, but that’s part of the charm. The Onsen was amazing! I could drink as much beer as I wanted, enjoy plenty of snacks, and relax in a calm atmosphere. It truly felt like we were visiting right in the middle of nature, which was fantastic. This time we planned a 6-day trip, and I’m glad we started on day one at this Accommodation!!

I took a short one-night trip nearby with my grandchild to enjoy the pool and the Onsen. Both were very pleasant and relaxing. The pool changing room had a musty smell, and I think it would be even better if it were renovated to be cleaner and more resort-like. If the poolside area were also updated with more of a resort atmosphere, it would improve even further, and I would likely visit more often. The dinner buffet was well thought out, and the appetizer-style dishes were delicious. I would also be happy to see tempura and sushi offered. The breakfast buffet had fewer options than expected, so I’d like to see a bit more variety and creativity. Overall, I was satisfied.

This accommodation is definitely a great choice when visiting Tokushima. I stayed here during my motorbike pilgrimage. For those on foot pilgrimages, the location is very convenient as it is about 50 meters from the station. I was able to park my motorbike next to the entrance. The room and bedding were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a unit bath without a large public bath, but it was spacious enough and sufficient. There is also free laundry available for washing clothes needed during pilgrimages, and breakfast is included for free as well! At this accommodation fee, it's absolutely worth it. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokushima!

We stayed here as a base for sightseeing in Amanohashidate and Ine. One of our companions fell and was injured, and when we asked for help, the staff kindly assisted us by recommending an orthopedic clinic, arranging a taxi, and adjusting our dinner time. Thanks to their support, we were able to receive proper treatment and continue our trip. The view of Amanohashidate from our Room and the bath was even better than expected—absolutely stunning—and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal that combined Kyoto cuisine with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan. We visited Ine the next day as well; thank you for helping make it such a wonderful memory.

The view from the Room was wonderful. We had a clear view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji. The view from the main building’s Onsen was also great. All the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and provided pleasant service. We would love to stay again.

The large public bath was great. The massage chairs in the relaxation room and the opportunity to try out home appliances were also enjoyable. We realized that the morning bath was available for both men and women at any time only after breakfast on our last day, which was unfortunate. It was properly posted within the Hotel. There are many restaurants within walking distance, making it a good Hotel for our family, whose travel goals include enjoying a big bath and delicious meals (with alcohol).

I was surprised to find a silky, high-pH Onsen in Tokyo. I was very satisfied with the quality and spaciousness. The food at the on-site Ishifune Dining was also delicious and satisfying. The cottage offered the soothing sound of the river and fresh air—an excellent environment.

I think the highlight of this Ryokan is the heartfelt service from the staff. At dinner, they were very attentive to the timing of each dish. While many Ryokan and restaurants bring out dishes one after another, I was truly impressed. They carefully checked whether it was a good time to bring the simmered golden eye snapper and whether they should serve the fried dishes yet, so every dish was enjoyed at its best. They also asked if I wanted another serving of rice, which made me feel this is a wonderful Accommodation. We could see the ocean from both the Room and the large public bath, and we were able to relax at ease. The food was delicious as well, and we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed again because it was great value and very convenient last time. What disappointed me this time was that there were spider webs around the outside of the entrance, and the bathroom sink drained poorly. Since I really like this Hotel, I’m mentioning it honestly.

The Onsen was so relaxing! The Tateyama view in the morning was beautiful. Breakfast—the curry, yogurt, and croissants—was delicious.

I was able to relax, enjoy my meal and drinks at a leisurely pace, and get a good night’s sleep. Thank you again—I look forward to staying with you next time.

It was my first time back in Ginzan Onsen in a while, and once again we stayed at Fujiya. The building’s exterior is striking, and the nostalgic view of the Onsen town from the window was just as wonderful as before. The staff were excellent—polite and attentive—and we had a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely like to stay at Fujiya again for a third visit.

The cozy size of the Accommodation felt very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful—it was a place where we could truly relax. Kurumi had no other guest Rooms on the same floor, and the library next door felt like an extension of our own Room, which made it feel like a great bonus (lol). The location was also convenient for visiting Kiyomizu-dera before breakfast and coming back easily. Breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We made a Reservation for five nights and, after staying four nights, spent the day relaxing until our evening return flight. We swam at our leisure in the private pool and took naps on the terrace bed. We also enjoyed spending time freely in the cozy living room and bedroom. From the Ingyā Marine Garden Observatory right in front of us, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and took a walk around the entire marine garden. We went snorkeling at Ingyā Beach within walking distance, enjoyed a delicious lunch at the highly rated Bistro Tajima, and ended up getting plenty of takeout as well. Breakfast was different each day, very tasty, and wonderfully satisfying. Even when my companion left early in the morning for fun diving, I could relax at the villa. There are many places nearby within walking distance, so we were able to discover and experience all sorts of things. On our last day, we ended up enjoying tropical fish spotting at the beach with my companion until almost the very last minute, so I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t gather all used items such as bath towels into one place. This Miyakojima trip was something I had been looking forward to as a way to ease my everyday work fatigue. The owner’s and staff’s smiles and gracious service made it even more soothing. I am also deeply moved and sincerely grateful regarding that matter about our Room. While still feeling “Miyakojima loss,” we have already made another Reservation for our next trip to Miyakojima, which my companion is also very excited about. I almost want to keep it a secret—thank you from the bottom of my heart to Private Pool Villa Imugya Resort for offering so many ideal features. Thank you very much.
