The Room and bathroom were clean, and light snacks were included, making it very comfortable to stay.

The accommodation is new, well-cleaned, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, allowing for a restful sleep. From the rooftop, you can enjoy views of Uehara Port and the sea, and on clear days, even the sunrise. The staff were incredibly kind and provided helpful advice about restaurants for dinner. Although the attached restaurant looked delicious, it was unfortunately closed during our stay. However, the croissant sandwich served for breakfast was greatly appreciated on Iriomote Island where shops and dining options are limited. The amenities were minimal but high-quality, with thoughtful touches like an outdoor drying rack available. Personally, I loved the abundance of power outlets—USB-equipped outlets by the bedside and desk as well as wall sockets made it easy to charge multiple devices like smartphones and laptops simultaneously. If I have another chance to visit Iriomote Island again in the future, I would definitely stay here!

We stayed in the Rainbow Room on a four-generation family trip. We were very satisfied with both the Room and the bath. Our 84-year-old mother and our 2-year-old grandchild were both delighted. For dinner, we wondered if just rice and sukiyaki would be enough, but the Oita beef was so delicious that we all gathered around the hot pot and enjoyed it together. It might be nice to bring a few extra items with you. It would also be great if refills of rice were available. Breakfast was delicious as well. The Accommodation staff made a very good impression, too. We’d love to come again with everyone.

Everything was excellent, including the surrounding environment. The staff and the proprietress were all impeccable in their hospitality. Thank you very much. We will visit again in November to see the autumn leaves.

Because of a sudden change of plans, we made a last-minute Reservation and stayed here, and it was far more enjoyable than we expected! In the lobby right by the entrance, there was a kids’ play area, board games, and a small complimentary ice cream service—our child was thrilled. Meals were buffet-style, with a wide variety of items stylishly displayed, which made dining fun. We were especially impressed by the many dishes featuring ingredients from Ibaraki. Even though our Reservation was last-minute, they handled food allergies very carefully—for example, providing us with a detailed list—which we really appreciated. Our Room had not been renovated, so we noticed a slight musty smell and some humidity. If we stay again, we would like to reserve a renovated Room. Overall, the staff were very kind and made our stay comfortable.

From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, the hospitality was exceptional. There were families staying on the same day, and it was lovely to see how attentively everyone was cared for. As described beforehand, the building has a historic charm. However, those who are sensitive to older structures might find it less suitable; hence my 4-star rating. Personally, I found the Facility more than adequate and impeccably clean, making my stay very comfortable. As of late October, in addition to air conditioning, heaters were placed throughout the property along with a kotatsu and even hot water bottles—ensuring excellent cold-weather preparation. The bath is small but can be enjoyed almost privately if timed well; it wasn’t too hot and allowed for a relaxing soak. Meals featured local ingredients thoughtfully explained by staff and paired with an excellent selection of sake. The breakfast side dishes were particularly delightful and suited my taste perfectly. Although I stayed alone this time, I would love to return with my family in the future if given another opportunity!

We enjoyed being able to drink the Onsen water, the nearby Jigoku Onsen, and the many private family baths.

The house, nestled in the forest, was quiet and perfect for a restful retreat. The robatayaki and wild boar hot pot were also exceptionally delicious.

This was my first stay, and I enjoyed the self-service welcome drink bar with unlimited soft drinks, awamori, and cocktails. At check-in, the manager made a balloon art candy for my 5-year-old son, which made him very happy. As a service for women, I received makeup remover and hair cream. The Room was standard business style but comfortable. Breakfast included dishes like champuru and jushi, which were satisfying. Although checkout was not required at the front desk, both the manager and staff saw us off at the entrance with warm hospitality. Their genuine care exceeded expectations for the price, so I would love to stay again. However, it was a bit warm in the breakfast area (welcome drink bar location) due to an air conditioning issue.

The front desk staff were very polite and had a great attitude. I was surprised by the variety of amenities to choose from, free drinks, and ice available. I didn't use the bathroom in the Room, but it was unfortunate that the curtain had an odor.

This is my second stay. Reasonable price and the Room is clean. Close to the city, so you can shop and return to the Hotel quickly. The breakfast bread is delicious, and the welcome drink includes alcohol, which was very satisfying! The public bath is not very spacious, so it’s a bit disappointing that it’s hard to use during busy times. Overall, I’m satisfied and would like to stay here again when visiting Asahikawa.

The staff at check-in and at check-out after breakfast were all very pleasant and welcoming with their smiles. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

We enjoyed the excellent hot springs, delicious meals, and complimentary drinks.

I’m glad I chose Rishiri Fuji Kanko Hotel for the first night of my Rishiri–Rebun trip. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry terminal, which made it easy to get an early start the next day. The Room was clean and had a great view, making for a very pleasant stay. The morning Hime-numa mini tour also became a wonderful memory.

This is my second stay. The Room is thoroughly cleaned, feels very fresh, and is extremely comfortable. However, the stairs are steep and there are steps, so it may be a bit difficult for guests with weak legs or mobility issues. That said, the best part is that natural Onsen water comes directly from the bathroom faucet. It’s a private Onsen bathroom. The water temperature is just right, so you can soak and relax at your own pace. Lake Suwa spreads out right in front of you across the road from the building—amazing views. It was cherry blossom season, and we were able to enjoy hanami at a leisurely pace. It was a very comfortable trip.

Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

I made a reservation with the Kamameshi Tasting Plan. The portions were larger than I expected, but the taste was so delicious that I finished it quickly. Considering the rising price of rice, staying for less than 10,000,000 yen per person is incredibly cost-effective. I would love to come again.

We stayed for 9 nights with two children. In a word, it was wonderful! The moment we entered the Room, we were amazed at how spacious it was. Everything was clean, and the furniture was modern, stylish, and very practical. Best of all, having a washer and dryer in the Room was fantastic—being able to do laundry every day without worrying about anyone else meant zero stress. The dryer was powerful and dried quickly, which really helped. Being able to take out the trash ourselves, wash dishes, and clean also made it feel just like home—comfortable and easy for us. Check-in and check-out were simplified and smooth; it took no time at all. The electronic keypad lock on the Room door was also great since we didn’t need to carry a key. The large balcony on the 3rd floor has a faucet you can use freely, which was perfect for rinsing off sand from swimsuits and marine shoes before going back into the Room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong too—even with three of us using games and videos at the same time, there was no slowdown at all. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This trip was mainly for the Onsen, and the bath was excellent. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to come again, but it’s an Accommodation that makes me want to stay again.
