The sea right in front of us wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to relax and take our time. Breakfast was delicious as well—highly recommended for anyone looking for a laid-back stay.

We stayed with our family and two dogs. The pet amenities were well stocked, and they even lent us a dryer after shampooing our dogs, which was very convenient. Breakfast was generous and very satisfying. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again if we have the opportunity.

It was my first time visiting, and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed the resort atmosphere and had a great time. We went as a family of three and made wonderful memories.\nThere were board games and table tennis, so time flew by. We also enjoyed karaoke together as a family, which became another great memory.\nMy child said the food was amazing and that it was the best Hotel we have ever stayed at. We would love to come again.

I stayed here for an early-morning flight and was able to start my trip with plenty of time to spare. With such a great location for making the most of the airport, I’d definitely like to stay again next time.

Although it seemed nearly fully booked, we had a very comfortable stay! The indoor dog run was air-conditioned, so we didn’t need to take walks in the heat. The Onsen also featured an authentic open-air bath that warmed us through to the core. Above all, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional—they welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, making it a truly wonderful memory.

It was a very enjoyable stay for our kindergarten-aged child. Both dinner and breakfast were full of foods kids love. They had fun making their own ice cream, and they could also bring chocolate syrup and chocolate toppings from a separate area to create their own pancakes. (We wished there had been pancake syrup in the kids’ corner.) The Onsen temperature was set low for children (it might feel lukewarm for adults), and our child stayed in for about an hour. The only downside was that the photos in the information showed a drum washing machine, but there wasn’t one in reality. Other than that, they offer lots of children’s activities, so I think it’s an excellent Hotel for families with kids. We’d like to come again in winter.

I was in Otaru on business from Kanagawa, but I was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Next time, I’d like to come when it’s not for work, and I would definitely love to stay here again with my family. The bath and the food were excellent.

After touring Chatan and Onna Village, we chose to stay here because we had an early flight the next day and wanted somewhere with easy access. On Ikkyu, the reviews weren’t ranked very highly, but the hotel is designed so you don’t feel the bustle of downtown Naha at all. With Yambaru sounds playing throughout, and from our Club Floor room on the 13th floor, we were amazed to see a distant view of the ocean—even though we were still in Naha City. The Club Floor doesn’t offer a huge variety of food, but everything was high quality: excellent seasoning, great cheeses, and a very good selection of alcohol. We were especially impressed that they had Orion Premium beer and even aged awamori (including a 14-year vintage). Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys drinks. Some club floors serve buffet-level amounts of food, but here you can enjoy higher-quality items along with good drinks and snacks during cocktail time—this felt like what a true club lounge should be. (Also, if you eat too much there’s no room left for dinner!) Our room was Japanese-modern with tatami flooring, and it was extremely relaxing. We originally planned to eat out in Naha, but we learned about a great-value guest plan for teppanyaki at Ryuka. We booked on the day, and it was outstanding. The beef and abalone were superb, and the finishing broth made with a siphon was unlike anything we’d tasted before—truly delicious. It felt like a course that would cost twice as much in Tokyo. The flavors and presentation were excellent, and since we plan to visit again, we definitely want to dine there again. Breakfast wasn’t flashy, but each item was seasoned beautifully—it was so good I almost didn’t want more people to find out about it. After dinner we had dessert on the terrace as well; the view there was spectacular and very relaxing. On top of being such a clean, modern hotel, it’s right next to Kencho-mae Station with great access both to Naha Bus Terminal and the airport—perfect for your first or last night in Okinawa. We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

We stayed during Silver Week, and the entire Accommodation was spotless and beautifully maintained. We were able to spend our time comfortably from start to finish. The meals were especially outstanding. The autumn dinner buffet was carefully prepared dish by dish; everything was delicious, and we also enjoyed how beautifully it was presented. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and our children were thrilled. The Onsen was clean and very relaxing, and above all, the staff were wonderful—providing warm, attentive hospitality throughout our stay. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable trip for our whole family. We would love to stay again.

The bath, the Room, and the meals were all excellent. The bath has a great view and is spacious, so you can relax and take your time. The catfish at the breakfast buffet was especially delicious, so I ended up eating a lot. All of the staff were very kind. (Thank you so much for sending my lost item back to me!) I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed on the Premium Floor. We changed the floor-benefit breakfast to dinner, and we were very satisfied—the portions were generous and everything tasted great. Since we usually eat a light breakfast, being able to switch it to dinner was really appreciated. The kids also had a wonderful time, enjoying the view of airplanes and the clean room. At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.

From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed warmly. It happened to be a Friday event with complimentary drinks, and I enjoyed delicious Kanazawa beverages and sweets—it felt like the perfect start to a wonderful trip. Thank you as well to the staff member who served the drinks and entertained me with friendly conversation; it truly showed the high level of hospitality. I also visited the bar at night, which was excellent. The room was very relaxing, the night view was beautiful, and I was satisfied with all the facilities. However, since I would like to stay again in the future, I’d like to offer one suggestion. There is a wooden door installed above the refrigerator door, and when closing it, the sound spreads throughout the room. Surprisingly, even though I couldn’t hear voices from next door or other noises, that door-closing sound echoed at night. I would appreciate it if there were some way to reduce the noise when closing that door. After checkout, I accidentally left an important pendant behind. When I called about my lost item, a female staff member responded quickly. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused, but her help truly meant a lot. When staying in Kanazawa again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the private open-air bath was wonderful. Above all, the staff’s attentive hospitality was exceptional, making this a place where we could truly relax. Thank you very much!! We would love to stay again.

I stayed here with my daughter. Both welcome drinks were delicious, and after a long day of walking we were exhausted, so we ended up having second and third refills without thinking. The Room was comfortable, and we were able to relax and rest well. Breakfast was also delicious—I ate too much.

Conveniently located next to the station, making it very easy to use. The cleaning staff were very polite in their interactions. One concern was that the hairdryer had some dust or debris tangled in it. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

This is my second stay. For seniors, a Western-style room is recommended over a Japanese-style room. The Onsen is great, and the food is excellent—simply the best.

My family and I have stayed here several times. This was our first Onsen trip in summer, and we realized the season doesn’t matter. It was a wonderful Hotel.

Because our Room was on the 2nd floor, we were disappointed that we couldn’t see the koi in the pond. My wife is pregnant, and it was difficult because it was a long walk to the elevator. Not only in the garden but also around the open-air bath in the large public bath, many decorative stones were placed throughout, which made it very relaxing. I thought it was very rare to have an outdoor cold plunge bath for the sauna. Next time, we’d like to stay at the Ryokan longer and relax in the open-air bath.
