I stayed here during Silver Week on a solo motorcycle tour. There are supermarkets, Daiso, and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The parking lot is spacious, so there’s no trouble finding a place for a motorcycle. It’s also close to the station, making it convenient for traveling by train as well. There is no large public bath, but the Room has a standard unit bath, so it wasn’t an issue. The pork miso soup set breakfast comes with an egg, nori seaweed, pickles, and more—very satisfying.\nThe location also makes it a good base for motorcycle touring around Matsumoto–Suwa areas such as Takabocchi and the Venus Line.

It feels like a historic Hotel.It’s not new, but it isn’t overly ornate,and it feels clean.There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to your Room. The unit bath also has a step,so please note that it is not barrier-free.I’m not a fan of unit baths,but it seems there was an Onsen nearby, and I wish I had used it.Amenities are placed in the hallway,and you take what you need.I thought that was very efficient!Depending on the day, the dining area seems to turn into a wine bar.I wanted to check it out.I only added breakfast.The pork miso soup was bigger than expected!!Delicious, and more than enough for the morning!!When I go to Shiojiri again, I’ll stay here again.
