Ulasan & Kesan Tetamu Hakone Yumoto Onsen Hotel Okada

Enjoyed a delightful Onsen and meal with my grandchild.

Took the Romancecar with two grandchildren to Hakone. While waiting for the circular bus at the station, the Hotel bus luckily arrived just in time, which was very helpful. Check-in was smooth as the staff explained everything politely and promptly. We went to our Room by ourselves, which felt comfortable without any pressure. The bath, including the open-air bath, was spacious and refreshing with a pleasant breeze; we enjoyed relaxing and warming up. However, the open-air bath in the morning seemed a bit too hot for my grandchildren. The dinner buffet offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, leaving us all full and satisfied. The ice cream corner was a favorite for my grandchildren! At breakfast the next day, I noticed that rice could be served automatically by machine with adjustable portions—very convenient and efficient! The staff were efficient yet kind; they cleared plates discreetly so we could enjoy our meal peacefully. Thank you very much! We would love to visit again!
