    No umbrella needed even on rainy days if you use the underground passage to Hakata Station.

    A convenient Hotel near Hakata Station. The staff are kind and the service is good. The Room is quiet, so you can feel at ease. However, perhaps due to recent price increases, it may feel a bit expensive for a Sunday stay. Rooms that have not been remodeled or renovated can feel somewhat dated and dark. The framed artwork above the head of the bed was also a concern when considering earthquake risk.

    Attentive, exceptional service and hospitality

    Although I checked in late at night, I truly felt the hospitality through the warm welcome from the front desk staff. At breakfast as well, guest information was shared among the team, and I was impressed by the attentive, thoughtful service. The same was true at check-out, making for a very pleasant stay. The Facility felt a bit dated, but the service made me want to stay at this Hotel again next time. Thank you very much.

    As expected from JAL, the staff’s service is excellent.

    For years, people have said you can’t go wrong with the Nikko Hotel near the station, but unfortunately, even considering it was a weekend, this Room felt small and not worth the price. The bed, the luxury and spaciousness of the lobby, and the staff service were top-class. I chose Benkei’s Japanese breakfast, but it was disappointing—both the taste and selection didn’t feel worth 4,000 yen. Friends who chose the Western breakfast were satisfied, so I wish I had gone with that instead.

    Very convenient.

    I stayed here because it is conveniently located near Hakata Station for an early-morning flight. The front desk staff were very pleasant, the Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    I visit Fukuoka ofte...

    I visit Fukuoka often, but this was my first time staying here. The Plan was reasonably priced, and the location in front of Hakata Station was very convenient. Although it was a single Room, it had been renovated and was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked and really helpful. The lobby staff were also excellent. With more foreign-owned Hotels increasing these days, I was reminded once again how pleasant and wonderful the attentive hospitality and service unique to Japanese city Hotels can be. I would like to stay here again.

    A Cozy Oasis in the City

    Beyond the impeccable cleanliness, we were impressed by the meticulous attention to detail throughout and the warm hospitality of all the staff. Although located in the city, it felt like a relaxing oasis, and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

    Great location and excellent facilities.

    It is very convenient, as it is visible from Hakata Station and can also be accessed from the station’s underground area. The entrance has a luxurious feel. The Room we stayed in was on the 8th floor, and since it had been renovated, it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

    Being close to the s...

    Being close to the station was very convenient. The staff were friendly and kindly recommended some great restaurants, which was very helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. If I have a chance to visit Fukuoka again, I would like to stay here again.

    We stayed in a triple Room as a family of three with our high school–aged daughter. We really appreciated that you could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Having the toilet and bath separate was, as expected, very nice. The Simmons beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, with plenty of Japanese dishes as well. The mini Danish pastries had flaky crust and custard cream and were delicious. There was also soft-serve ice cream. The TV had various streaming apps, and our daughter enjoyed them on the large high-resolution screen. The only slight disappointment was that it took a bit of time to fill the bathtub with hot water. There was a great-value nightcap deal exclusive to guests—two drinks at the bar plus a set of snacks—so my husband and I enjoyed cocktails. We had lively conversation in the comfortable sofa seating area. We were very satisfied—thank you very much.

    I stayed here because it was conveniently located and had been recently renovated.

    I stayed at Ginmeisui. Even considering rising ingredient costs, I felt the value for the price was disappointing. There were also very few toppings. I do not recommend the in-Room massage at all. The Hotel pillows were too high. I didn’t think I could manage breakfast, so after discussing it with the staff, they kindly switched it to lunch. Thank you.

    As expected—excellent work.

    It was my first stay in a while, and the consistently reliable quality was just as expected. Since I wasn’t driving, I enjoyed a morning beer with breakfast from room service. It was a relaxing holiday that truly refreshed me.

    It was an amazing experience.

    I had admired this Hotel for a long time, and this time I finally decided to stay. I was delighted by an unexpected Room upgrade, and soaking in the bathtub at a relaxed pace soothed my flight fatigue, leaving me feeling more energized each day (haha). While other Hotels are becoming more simplified, your wonderful hospitality reminded me, “Yes—this is what a Hotel should be like,” and I truly hope you will continue to carry it forward. Thanks to you, everything I needed to do went smoothly, and I’m grateful for the great environment you provided. It was truly a happy time! Thank you very much. I look forward to visiting again.

    A truly great Hotel.

    I stay at this Hotel in Fukuoka twice a year. I’ve tried various places, but lately, if there’s availability, I choose this one. The service and cleanliness are consistently excellent down to every detail, and the fresh flowers displayed in the elevator lobby on each floor show thoughtful care throughout. The delicious Japanese breakfast at Benkei is also something I really look forward to. This time as well, I received an upgrade with my Diamond benefits and was given an even more wonderful Room that has been renovated. Thank you very much. It’s close to Hakata Station and can be accessed without getting wet even in the rain. It’s also very convenient for both the airport and JR lines.

    It feels reassuring.

    I used to stay at different Hotels each time I visited Hakata, but lately I’ve been staying here. To be honest, I’m out during the day and come back late at night, so a cheap Hotel just for sleeping would normally be enough. Still, I keep choosing this place because of the excellent hospitality and the convenient access from underground without getting wet in the rain. It’s at most once a year—if that—but when I go to Hakata again, I’d like to stay here. If I had to mention one thing, it’s about the amenities. Maybe it’s just me, but it would be helpful if items like shampoo were in containers that can be opened with one hand.

    Long time no see.

    This time, I ended up staying on short notice, but even though it had been quite a long time, I was very happy with the front desk staff’s extremely courteous service. The Room had also been renovated and was very clean. Since I stayed for two nights, I only requested a linen change, but it was a little disappointing that the bottled water wasn’t replenished. For breakfast, I tried both the buffet and the Japanese set meal, and both were delicious. I’d love to come again next time. Thank you very much.

    This is a truly wonderful Hotel.

    I stay here often. The staff are always very kind, which makes me feel truly at ease. The renovated Room is not only clean but also thoughtfully designed for convenience, and the bathroom is larger and wonderful. The hospitality, Facility, and convenient location are all excellent—this is a superb Hotel.

    My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the wonderful upgraded Room benefit, which was a bit disappointing, but I still had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety, and the vegetables were especially delicious.

    Thanks to IKYU, we enjoyed an upgrade!

    Although I checked in late with Diamond member benefits, the staff were courteous and upgraded my Room, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. The bathroom facilities were indeed a bit dated before renovation, but the Room was spacious. It is relatively close to Hakata Station, and breakfast always delights me with distinctive dishes such as Fukuoka Itoshima vegetables. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Thank you very much. This was my first time using the gym. Even though a typhoon was approaching, the newly renovated facilities made my time here very enjoyable. The Room and breakfast were consistently excellent.

    As it was a Room on ...

    As it was a Room on an upper floor, the view was great and we could see all the way to the sea. The Room was also spacious, and we were able to fully recover from our travel fatigue. Since we had an early morning, we would like to have breakfast next time.

    It was my first stay.

    I stayed one night in a Luxury Twin room. As the Hotel has been open for many years, the facilities do feel a bit dated, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. That said, when I turned on the desk lamp, dust on the wallpaper was noticeable, and I was slightly concerned about an odor coming from around the built-in closet. I only used the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes and overall they were quite good. I especially liked the curry and ended up having seconds. The staff were courteous and warm, and I felt the level of service was excellent. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the Hotel during my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It was convenient.

    With a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, it was convenient for getting anywhere. The amenities were well stocked, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

    The guest room was comparable to a Business Hotel.

    The Room was a single, so it felt as small as a typical Business Hotel. I couldn’t sleep well. I had high expectations for the meals, so I wasn’t very satisfied. Late on the second night, due to various circumstances, they changed my Room and I was finally able to sleep soundly. The front desk and other staff were very helpful. Although I am a Diamond member, it was disappointing that there was no upgrade because the Rooms were fully booked.

    I stayed in a newly renovated Room. It’s a unit bath, but it was spacious and clean, which was great. I was also very happy that the amenities were individually packaged rather than the large shared bottles that are common these days. The hair dryer was a good Panasonic model as well. I had read Reviews about breakfast and was looking forward to trying mizutaki, but it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. Still, although there wasn’t a huge variety, I was satisfied with the breakfast overall. Thank you very much.
