    This is a truly wonderful Hotel.

    I stay here often. The staff are always very kind, which makes me feel truly at ease. The renovated Room is not only clean but also thoughtfully designed for convenience, and the bathroom is larger and wonderful. The hospitality, Facility, and convenient location are all excellent—this is a superb Hotel.

    Impressive.

    The Room was very clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. The Facility was well stocked with amenities and drinks, and they promptly arranged a taxi for us, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much.

    Limited-time Diamond Member Benefits

    My flight was delayed and I arrived late at night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the wonderful upgraded Room benefit, which was a bit disappointing, but I still had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety, and the vegetables were especially delicious.

    Thanks to IKYU, we enjoyed an upgrade!

    Although I checked in late with Diamond member benefits, the staff were courteous and upgraded my Room, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. The bathroom facilities were indeed a bit dated before renovation, but the Room was spacious. It is relatively close to Hakata Station, and breakfast always delights me with distinctive dishes such as Fukuoka Itoshima vegetables. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Gym

    Thank you very much. This was my first time using the gym. Even though a typhoon was approaching, the newly renovated facilities made my time here very enjoyable. The Room and breakfast were consistently excellent.

    As it was a Room on ...

    As it was a Room on an upper floor, the view was great and we could see all the way to the sea. The Room was also spacious, and we were able to fully recover from our travel fatigue. Since we had an early morning, we would like to have breakfast next time.

    It was my first stay.

    I stayed one night in a Luxury Twin room. As the Hotel has been open for many years, the facilities do feel a bit dated, but the room was spacious and very comfortable. That said, when I turned on the desk lamp, dust on the wallpaper was noticeable, and I was slightly concerned about an odor coming from around the built-in closet. I only used the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of dishes and overall they were quite good. I especially liked the curry and ended up having seconds. The staff were courteous and warm, and I felt the level of service was excellent. I also truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the Hotel during my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It was convenient.

    With a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, it was convenient for getting anywhere. The amenities were well stocked, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

    The guest room was comparable to a Business Hotel.

    The Room was a single, so it felt as small as a typical Business Hotel. I couldn’t sleep well. I had high expectations for the meals, so I wasn’t very satisfied. Late on the second night, due to various circumstances, they changed my Room and I was finally able to sleep soundly. The front desk and other staff were very helpful. Although I am a Diamond member, it was disappointing that there was no upgrade because the Rooms were fully booked.

    I stayed in a newly ...

    I stayed in a newly renovated Room. It’s a unit bath, but it was spacious and clean, which was great. I was also very happy that the amenities were individually packaged rather than the large shared bottles that are common these days. The hair dryer was a good Panasonic model as well. I had read Reviews about breakfast and was looking forward to trying mizutaki, but it wasn’t available, which was a bit disappointing. Still, although there wasn’t a huge variety, I was satisfied with the breakfast overall. Thank you very much.

    I often stay here when I’m in Fukuoka on business, and the service is always excellent. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. I would like to stay here again.

    Fresh flowers are soothing.

    The minibar, glasses, and tableware were well stocked and excellent, and the fresh flowers in the lobby changed every day, which I found just as appealing as my regular Accommodation in Fukuoka. I chose this place because the weather allowed me to get to various destinations via the underground passage without getting wet, and I would like to make it one of my regular Accommodations going forward.

    This Hotel remains as comfortable as ever.

    Although I arrived late for check-in on a business trip, the staff welcomed me warmly. With my Diamond benefits, my Room was upgraded and I was granted a late check-out, which was a huge help—I could finish an early-morning job the next day before checking out. Breakfast was delicious, and once again I found it to be a consistently comfortable Hotel.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Although it was a 3-night Multiple Night Stay, the Room was properly cleaned and the amenities were replaced, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was a wonderful Accommodation experience. Thank you very much.

    This is a good Hotel.

    I stayed here for the first time in about a year. This time, I stayed in a 17 m² single Room for the first time in about 20 years. It seems to be the smallest Room, but it still felt spacious enough and I was fully satisfied. However, the bathroom door was narrow. That said, since this Hotel has been operating for over 35 years, I felt it was understandable.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here on a business trip. The building felt a bit dated, but the room was kept clean and very comfortable, except that the toilet and bath were not separate. I chose the breakfast buffet, but since the selection was not very extensive, I would like to try a different venue next time. The front desk staff were helpful as well, and it was a pleasant Hotel.

    As a long-establishe...

    As a long-established Hotel in Hakata, it was beautifully appointed and impressive. The marble floors, which almost made us feel as if we were in Italy, and more—everything was very comfortable for us as a couple. I mistakenly made two Reservations for the same day online and panicked, but the reception staff kindly helped me with the cancellation procedure, which put me at ease. Thank you very much. This is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

    Wonderful

    The renovated Room, the bathroom facilities, the bath salts, Benkei’s breakfast, the atmosphere at the Night Flight bar, and above all, the thoughtfulness and hospitality of all the staff—everything was outstanding. Even in the rain, the underground access from Hakata Station was perfect. It was a truly satisfying stay.

    A very hospitable Hotel

    This Hotel will never make guests feel uncomfortable! I had about an hour before check-in, so I asked the front desk how busy the Hotel café was, and they immediately made a Reservation for me. Thanks to them, I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I was truly impressed by the staff’s attentive, thoughtful service.

    Well-balanced and very comfortable.

    I stayed in a twin Room, and it was spacious, with thoughtful details that made it very easy to use. For example, there was a large hand mirror in the Room, a baggage rack was already provided, the desk was a good size, the vanity had plenty of space for toiletries, and even the refrigerator’s orientation and size were well considered. If I had to mention one drawback, the Room felt a bit dark for working or doing makeup. Breakfast offered just the right variety and portions, and the staff were polite and attentive, making for a pleasant morning. I would like to stay here again.

    The place feels a bit dated after all.

    I made a Reservation because the location and Reviews were good. The location was indeed convenient, but the Facility is very old, and the plumbing in particular was difficult to use. Not only the Room but also the hallways and the entire Hotel felt dark and dusty, which made me feel gloomy as well. The amenities were below even a Business Hotel level, and after using the Hotel shampoo my hair became frizzy. I assume prices are set aggressively due to inbound demand, but I would not stay again. The only saving grace was that the staff were very helpful.

    It was very good.

    During my stay, I also had work and Zoom meetings, but the Room was spacious and the desk had plenty of space, so I was able to relax and feel comfortable throughout my time here. The location is easy to find, and I also appreciated being able to walk to Tenjin and Nakasu.

    As expected from Hotel Nikko—spotlessly clean.

    This time, I booked a discounted rate with the conditions of a late check-in (18:00) and an early check-out (8:00) the next day. The room was clean and excellent, and the service was as courteous as you would expect from Nikko. Since our branch office is nearby, I would like to stay here again in the future.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Although my stay was short—arriving to around 8:00 PM and departing around 6:00 AM— the Room was upgradedcommentary to a more spacious one at check-in, and I had a very comfortable stay. The Room faced the courtyard? and the back side with a view of mixed-use buildings, but even though it was a pre-renovation Room, it was well maintained, and there were no issues with the air conditioning, shower water pressure, etc., so I slept soundly. Even though I chose a Plan with breakfast, I left without having breakfast due to an unexpected change of plans, so I would love to return and try the breakfast next time.

    Hollywood Twin - Excellent!

    I usually stayed in the Superior Twin, but this time I stayed in the Hollywood Twin for the first time. The bedside and living area with the TV were well arranged, and the lighting allowed for separate usage, making it very comfortable. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. I slept very well at night, and watching planes take off through the large windows in the morning and afternoon was truly amazing. Thank you very much!

    I expected a room up...

    I expected a room upgrade and late check-out as part of the Diamond benefits, but I was told that the plan I booked was excluded. As a result, there was no upgrade, and I had to check out at 8 AM. It was disappointing that none of the Diamond member benefits were applied. If certain plans are not eligible for benefits, this should be clearly stated. The attitude of the front desk staff was also disappointing.

    Reliable hospitality.

    I stayed for two nights. Both the Japanese-style breakfast and buffet were delicious, providing great energy for the day. The main bar "Night Flight" was also wonderful. I had a comfortable and peaceful stay.
