It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

While Accommodations with Onsen and breakfast and dinner included are wonderful, we were hoping for a stay that felt more like living locally. We stayed as a couple, and the simple layout—kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet, and shower—was impressive and made for a very comfortable stay. The owner’s mural was gentle and blended beautifully with the interior, creating a lovely atmosphere. We were told that in winter all rooms have underfloor heating so you can stay comfortable even in short sleeves, so we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s an OGINO supermarket nearby as well as a butcher shop; we enjoyed basashi and relaxed with Yamanashi wine (the kitchen knife wasn’t very sharp, but honestly it felt safer that way). Partway through our stay, the owner stopped by to check on us and shared stories about life at Lake Yamanaka—more than anything else, that became our favorite memory and made us feel at ease. It was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Six of us from work stayed here. It was fantastic—we all had a great time together with the sauna, cooking dinner, and roasting coffee. Unfortunately, it was cloudy so we couldn’t get a clear view of Mt. Fuji, but the location is quiet and wonderful. We’d love to come again. I’m giving it one point less because we had to wait at check-in, but the staff explained everything well and we had no problems during our stay.

This was our second stay as a couple with our dog. Because it is a private rental house with exterior walls, we didn’t have to worry about the surroundings and were able to relax and enjoy a luxurious time in the Room. For meals, the ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator and we cooked for ourselves, but the recipes made it easy to prepare everything smoothly. We also appreciated that the menu was different on the second night, so we never got bored. The staff were very polite and kind. Even if we had questions, we could reach them by phone, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. It was also great fun chatting during check-in and check-out. Our dog looked happy from start to finish. It was an Accommodation that makes us want to come back again for sure.

Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

All staff greeted us cheerfully, the guidance was courteous, and they even helped direct cars in the parking lot. The Accommodation was spotless and offered outstanding hospitality. Above all, the open-air bath was spacious, clean, and wonderful—it really helped us unwind. It was a shame we couldn’t go out onto the terrace due to bad weather, but we’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much!!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip. Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath. The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses. There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably. We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.

As with last year, everything was outstanding—from the staff’s hospitality and the meals to the baths and all Facilities. It also coincided with the fireworks festival, which made for a truly happy time.

I was truly impressed by a stay that exceeded all expectations in comfort! After feeling refreshed in the barrel sauna, I cooled down in the open-air jacuzzi. At night, I enjoyed the warm Onsen and then relaxed again in the jacuzzi. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious—one amazing moment after another!! All of the staff were kind and attentive while keeping a comfortable distance, and they took great care of us. We could also enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji from reception, making it a soothing getaway surrounded by nature. The next day we visited the large public bath in the bathing facility, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji. Next time, I’m looking forward to unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some fresh-air relaxation while taking in Mt. Fuji’s magnificent view. My husband and I promised each other we’ll definitely return—and book a Multiple Night Stay. Until then, I’ll work hard (haha).

This was my first stay here. I have stayed at other Regina Resorts before, so I felt reassured, but this exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome on arrival by car to the attentive check-in service, everything was handled with great care. I was a little worried that the standard Room might feel small, but it was well designed, compact, and very easy to use. The Italian dinner was delicious and left both my stomach and heart full. Breakfast was also satisfying, and the staff were thoughtful and wonderful throughout. I would definitely like to stay again.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Two nights with my family during summer vacation, in a Mt. Fuji view Room. A relaxing trip with our dog. Mt. Fuji looked beautiful in the morning. Choosing a Mt. Fuji view Room was definitely the right decision. Lake Yamanaka was cool, making it a perfect summer getaway. The outdoor dog run was clean and we had a great time playing. The rooftop dog run was especially beautiful, with the contrast between the blue flooring and Mt. Fuji. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. However, after two nights we started craving rice. It would be nice to have steamed white rice at breakfast, not only bread. One thing that bothered us was the smell when we first entered the Room. Turning the air purifier up to MAX helped a lot, but... That was the only downside; overall we were satisfied. This Hotel has become one of the places we’d like to return to. Thank you very much.

The staff provided courteous service, and we had a very comfortable stay. Dinner was especially delicious, and we were able to enjoy it at a relaxed pace in our Room. We visited to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and after I mentioned it in advance, they kindly served a dessert with “Happy Birthday” chocolate on the plate and even prepared a wonderful gift—we were truly touched. The lounge was spacious, with a great selection of drinks and snacks, which we really enjoyed. The private lounge also had massage chairs, making it easy to unwind. We also enjoyed the large public bath area, including both the open-air bath and the indoor bath. From the rooftop public bath, we could see Mt. Fuji beautifully—it felt amazing. It was a lovely Accommodation full of thoughtful touches. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Our family of three (two adults and one older elementary school child) stayed here. The Facility was exceptionally well maintained throughout—spotlessly clean and beautiful everywhere. It was a wonderful place I can confidently recommend to others! Here are the highlights that impressed us, along with a couple of small points we noticed. ◯ Highlights Beautifully balanced meals: The ingredients prepared in the refrigerator were the perfect amount—not too much, not too little. The colors and presentation were lovely, everything felt very clean, and we were excited even before eating. The selection of complimentary drinks included in the Accommodation Fee was also excellent! User-friendly kitchen: The dining kitchen was spacious and easy to move around in, and the grill was simple to use, making cooking fun. A fully equipped authentic spa: Not only a bath, but also a sauna and cold plunge pool—an incredibly relaxing experience. ◯ With hopes for future improvements (why we rated 4 stars) The boundary between indoors and outdoors on the way to the open-air bath was very slippery, so we placed towels down ourselves as a precaution. Guests with small children or elderly family members may want to be especially careful. Moving between the Room, toilet, bath, and dining area requires outdoor footwear throughout, but we found the provided shoes a bit difficult to wear. More slip-on options would make it even more comfortable. That said, our overall satisfaction was extremely high—so much so that these minor points hardly mattered—and it became a great memory for us. We would love to stay again!

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

Spending time surrounded by uncompromising, carefully curated interiors and decor was truly exceptional. On this trip, everyone was a beer lover, so we worried we might run out—but that concern was unnecessary. The taste was outstanding as well. Also, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where four dogs can stay like ours, so in that sense too it’s a very valuable Accommodation. As expected, there were a lot of insects in summer, so next time we’ll stay outside the summer season. We brought every kind of strong insect repellent in advance, including hangable repellents for the balcony, but in the end the mosquito coils provided as Facility amenities worked best. Since I really can’t handle insects, this was a huge help. Thank you very much.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.
