It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

While Accommodations with Onsen and breakfast and dinner included are wonderful, we were hoping for a stay that felt more like living locally. We stayed as a couple, and the simple layout—kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet, and shower—was impressive and made for a very comfortable stay. The owner’s mural was gentle and blended beautifully with the interior, creating a lovely atmosphere. We were told that in winter all rooms have underfloor heating so you can stay comfortable even in short sleeves, so we’d love to visit again in another season. There’s an OGINO supermarket nearby as well as a butcher shop; we enjoyed basashi and relaxed with Yamanashi wine (the kitchen knife wasn’t very sharp, but honestly it felt safer that way). Partway through our stay, the owner stopped by to check on us and shared stories about life at Lake Yamanaka—more than anything else, that became our favorite memory and made us feel at ease. It was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

This was our second stay as a couple with our dog. Because it is a private rental house with exterior walls, we didn’t have to worry about the surroundings and were able to relax and enjoy a luxurious time in the Room. For meals, the ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator and we cooked for ourselves, but the recipes made it easy to prepare everything smoothly. We also appreciated that the menu was different on the second night, so we never got bored. The staff were very polite and kind. Even if we had questions, we could reach them by phone, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. It was also great fun chatting during check-in and check-out. Our dog looked happy from start to finish. It was an Accommodation that makes us want to come back again for sure.

Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

All staff greeted us cheerfully, the guidance was courteous, and they even helped direct cars in the parking lot. The Accommodation was spotless and offered outstanding hospitality. Above all, the open-air bath was spacious, clean, and wonderful—it really helped us unwind. Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip. Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath. The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses. There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably. We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.

I’ve always loved Mt. Fuji and have wanted to stay at KUKUNA for a long time! Because of work, I often end up making a Reservation close to the stay date, and it’s usually fully booked (it’s so popular). This time, a spot opened up just a few days before, and we were able to stay! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during daylight. Still, our Room with an open-air bath was clean, spacious, stylish, and incredibly relaxing—it completely melted away our everyday fatigue. The food was also excellent: creative cuisine and a buffet, along with attentive service. This trip was also to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. When we mentioned it, they kindly gifted us a wonderful dessert and photos, making it an unforgettable trip. The Onsen in the large public bath was very clean as well—we soaked at ease and felt truly refreshed. The sauna was great too. We’d love to stay again (if we can get a Reservation!).

We recently stayed with our two dogs for a birthday trip. It was our first time at Regina in Lake Yamanaka, and it turned into a truly enjoyable getaway. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming to our dogs as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay—if anything, we only wished there had been one more Room. The large public bath was also very relaxing. Dinner was Italian, and every dish was delicious; even the bread was excellent, so we were very satisfied. The restaurant seating was spacious, and having space for our cart was a big help. Since it was a birthday celebration, we received an adorable cake and they even took photos for us—such a lovely memory. It was also our first time using the pool, and it seemed like they had fun (haha). The drink bar in the lobby—especially the coffee and apple cider vinegar drink—was delicious and much appreciated. We would love to visit another Regina property as well. Thank you very much.

This was our third stay. Our whole family loves it, and although we consider other places each time, we always end up choosing this one. Above all, the view of Mt. Fuji right in front of you is breathtaking. (Depending on the weather, there were days when it wasn’t visible even though it’s so close.) Every dish was delicious, and we truly enjoyed a luxurious getaway with meals prepared right in front of us. All the staff were courteous and friendly, and we’d love to visit again in a different season.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Two nights with my family during summer vacation in a Mt. Fuji view Room. A relaxing trip with our dog. Mt. Fuji looked beautiful in the morning. Choosing a Mt. Fuji view Room was absolutely the right decision. Lake Yamanaka was cool and perfect for a summer getaway. The outdoor dog run was clean, and we had a great time playing. The rooftop dog run was especially stunning, with the contrast between the blue flooring and Mt. Fuji. Breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. However, after two nights we started craving rice. It would be nice to have steamed white rice at breakfast in addition to bread. One thing that bothered us was the smell when we first entered the Room. Turning the air purifier up to MAX helped quite a bit, but... That was the only downside—overall we were satisfied. This has become one of the Hotels we’d like to return to. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a mother-and-daughters trip (three of us) to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. We were also impressed that three beds were set up side by side. All the in-Room meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the dishes inspired by Mt. Fuji throughout—beautiful to look at as well. We could even see Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath in our Room, and we had a truly luxurious time. They also gave my mother a gift for her 90th birthday, which deeply moved us. My mother was thrilled, and it became a wonderful, unforgettable celebration.

Spending time surrounded by uncompromising, carefully curated interiors and decor was truly exceptional. On this trip, everyone was a beer lover, so we worried we might run out—but that concern was unnecessary. The taste was outstanding as well. Also, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where four dogs can stay like ours, so in that sense too it’s a very valuable Accommodation. As expected, there were a lot of insects in summer, so next time we’ll stay outside the summer season. We brought every kind of strong insect repellent in advance, including hangable repellents for the balcony, but in the end the mosquito coils provided as Facility amenities worked best. Since I really can’t handle insects, this was a huge help. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us during the event at Stella Theater. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and everything was simply outstanding.

I stayed here after climbing Mt. Fuji. I was able to relax in a Japanese-style Room. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was delicious. I especially liked having an omelet made right in front of me. Parking is free, and check-out is at 11:00, so I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.
