I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The amenities were surprisingly extensive, and my wife and children were very happy. We could choose pillows to suit our preferences, and the pajamas provided had a wonderfully soft feel, so we were able to get a high-quality sleep. Access from the Hotel to the parking area, Yokohama Chinatown, and the Red Brick Warehouse is also within an easy walking distance. If we have another chance to visit Yokohama, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed here once last year as well. This time, I stayed again to attend the same event in Shibuya. Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation—I didn’t realize it before (lol). Last time I kept going back and forth to Sakuragicho Station. This time I used it properly. With the direct express, it’s about 45 minutes? I got back before 11 p.m., and since it’s close from the station exit, I felt safe. Thank you for assigning me a higher-floor Room. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a good price, which really helped. The bathroom area and the Room were both clean, and the service was great—the female front desk staff were very pleasant. I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

It’s a short walk from the station, but it felt like a great value and had a pleasant atmosphere. It was small and cozy, which made it very relaxing. Thank you.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible. I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. It was a reunion with colleagues from my first job after 30 years. We enjoyed the beautiful night view, and in the morning we woke up to the sunrise over the sea. The half-board dinner was delicious, featuring plenty of fresh vegetables—perfect for women—and there was a great variety of desserts, which felt like an excellent value. For breakfast, they also had whitebait with grated daikon and grated yam, so even though we kept saying it was healthy, we ended up eating too much. Thank you very much. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

This was a very modern and comfortable Hotel, close to the station and located right in Chinatown. The service felt compact but more than sufficient. There were no excessive facilities or services (a large public bath, lobby space, views, room service, tea other than the in-room mineral water, skincare-type amenities, etc.), but everything we wanted was available: a later check-in time, accommodation for groups of four or more, luggage storage after check-out, a spacious bathtub separate from the toilet area, a cafe lounge where you can get light meals until late, guest rooms without any sense of crampedness or noise issues, and overall cleanliness. We had a very comfortable stay. The mist sauna that’s one of the highlights was wonderful—so relaxing. I’d honestly come back just for that. However, perhaps because it’s popular, it was hard to book the sauna if your time at the Hotel is tight. It was also a bit disappointing that this wasn’t mentioned at the time of Reservation. Without a Multiple Night Stay, we wouldn’t have been able to use it. Breakfast was delicious and we were happy with it (the tea was great too), but if you have a Multiple Night Stay please note that the menu is simple and feels mostly the same each day. (It was so good I didn’t mind at all.) It was also disappointing that kids could no longer choose their toy from the children’s menu (they seemed to be looking forward to it). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We’d like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
