I often stay at Route Inn Hotels, and check-in is very quick and smooth if you have the app. Recommended for those who frequently stay at Route Inn Hotels properties. However, anyone can access any floor by elevator, which raises security concerns. I expected a large public bat

I stayed here to participate in the Saga Sakura Marathon. On the day, Hotels in Saga City were expensive, so I chose to stay in Tosu even though it was a bit farther away. The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but otherwise I had no issues during my stay.

It was my first time staying, but the service, Facility, amenities, cleanliness, and the large public bath were all excellent and very satisfying. Thank you for lending me a wine opener as well. I will definitely choose Green Rich Hotel Kurume again when I visit Kurume in the fut

I chose to stay on the top floor, where individual air conditioning settings are available, as I dislike centralized air conditioning mentioned in reviews. It was comfortable to adjust the temperature myself. The bed was larger than expected and very comfortable for single us

We stayed here again for a family memorial service. Last time, I mentioned that my elderly mother found the step into the bathroom a little inconvenient. This time, there was a step stool provided, and she was very grateful. Thank you for your prompt response and for your hospita

Feeling hungry, head to the restaurant on the first floor. Upon entering, a warm greeting from a lovely staff member instantly brightened my mood. The service was excellent and thoughtful throughout. I decided I would definitely visit again. I am convinced that her presence

I used it for business purposes. I always use it, and it is clean and reliable. The transportation access is good, so it is a Property where you can stay with peace of mind. Amenities are self-service.

Also, the tea prepared in our Room was exceptional—this really is a famous tea region. We made cold-brewed tea using chilled water from the water dispenser, and it had a beautiful green color with an outstanding natural sweetness. On our way home, we bought tea, aonori seaweed,

We stayed here for my child’s sports match. I’m not a fan of unit bathrooms, but it was spacious and clean, and both my child and I were able to stay comfortably. The Room and the bed were also spacious, so we slept well. I’m giving four stars with the hope that there could be

The staff at both the front desk and breakfast were excellent. I was also satisfied with the breakfast selection. It was nice to be able to choose a showerhead, and the location is great. If I had to mention something, the insole sheet for the slippers was too narrow to cover m

The hotel, which houses the long-standing café "Koren" in Mutsumoncho, offers an "Hot and Fresh Morning Plan" as its selling point. However, despite there being only four guests in the morning, three pre-made cold Eggs Benedict were served. The buns were hard as a rock, so I spok

There was also a reservable private family bath on the rooftop, as well as a cup noodle vending machine for when you get a little hungry. Parking for standard cars was free, which I really appreciated. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful time sightseeing in Yame. Thank you very mu

I found it quite rare to have items like mentaiko, yakitori, kakiage, and agedashi tofu. The cut pineapple was served without the skin, making it easy to eat, and the pudding was a homemade-style baked pudding. Additionally, the apple vinegar drink and café latte were very delici

I suddenly had to stay in Tosu during Silver Week, and as expected of AZ, I'm grateful for the consistent pricing! Moreover, the location is right by Tosu IC, and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than other AZ locations. The free parking lot was spacious, and the breakfa

I always look forward to breakfast. However, the dessert options are limited to yogurt and bread, with no toppings for the yogurt or other choices, which feels a bit disappointing. I accidentally left my blood pressure monitor in the Room and requested it to be sent via cash-on

An oven toaster, which was not available during my previous stay, was provided during breakfast, allowing me to warm up the bread before eating! Warming it made the bread fluffy and soft, making it even more delicious. I was also happy to find sparkling water at the drink cor

This is my third stay. At this price, the breakfast is delicious, and I am very satisfied. If I had to mention something, the shower water flow might be too fine due to water-saving measures, which can feel a bit harsh, and the bidet's weak water pressure leaves a slightly unsati

A reliably solid Hotel AZ. I stayed here because there was a night visit event at Fukushima Hachimangu Shrine that day. Around the Hotel, there are places like MaxValu, 7-Eleven, and Doramori that stay open late, plus plenty of popular chain restaurants and izakayas—an excellen

Recently, I have been taking solo trips to nearby Hotels to relieve daily stress. During my stay this time, I was impressed by the kind and friendly service of the reception staff and restaurant staff. The Room was clean, the food was delicious, and the cost-performance was exc

And most impressive of all was the breakfast the next morning. Since it was a Hotel breakfast, I didn’t expect much, but everything from the quality to quantity of food far exceeded my expectations. I was moved even before eating. If given another opportunity, I would love to s
