I’m usually picky about pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The drinks in the fridge were cheaper than at other hotels. The amenities were surprisingly luxurious for these days—the body towel felt great to use, the toothbrushes were good quality, and there was even a ReFa

The room was impeccably clean, and the private bath in the room was delightful! The meal featured "Kankan-yaki" with plenty of seafood, which left us so full that we couldn't eat the rice... but they kindly made rice balls for us to enjoy later! All the staff were wonderful. We w

The aroma for the Löyly had a wonderful scent and was very relaxing. The cold plunge pool with a chiller system was perfectly cold, and combined with the outdoor air bath, we felt completely refreshed. It’s an ideal environment for sauna enthusiasts. In the room, we could watc

The meals are delicious every time, and all the staff are kind—making it a very comfortable Accommodation. With Shuttle Service available, it’s easy to get there even by train, and it’s an Accommodation I want to visit again and again. I’ll be back in a different season. Thank

The Onsen was amazing with steam rising everywhere, even in the washing area! It was so interesting. The view from the campsite was absolutely stunning, with sights of Sakurajima and even Kaimondake in the distance—it was perfect. I will definitely visit again when I go to Kagosh

We stayed to celebrate a special occasion, and the meals, room, and service were all excellent—our whole family was delighted. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be perfect if both large public baths had an open-air bath and a sauna. That said, the in-room open-air bath was

The kaiseki-style meals served in the dining area were delivered from the kitchen at a perfect pace, making it preferable to in-room dining. Above all, I was deeply touched by the staff's thoughtful hospitality. Even though it was just a one-night stay, it left me feeling truly

Upon entering the hotel, we immediately enjoyed the onsen with great anticipation. The moment I entered the onsen, I felt my skin become moisturized and was deeply impressed. Since it was an early hour with few people around, we were able to enjoy a relaxing space and time all
