I didn’t know there could be such a fun Hotel where you can relax this much—I definitely want to come again. My family who traveled with me also said: “It was so much fun!! We want to go again! The food is delicious, and the club lounge is great!!” We will visit again.

It was a great decision. I opted for a ticket to a nearby Onsen, which was also very satisfying and helped relieve my fatigue. I took a brief stroll around the downtown area, and it seemed convenient as a base for that as well, so I would like to use it for a family trip next tim

I am truly glad we chose this hotel for what might be my elderly mother's last trip to Tokyo. The staff's pleasant and kind service, as well as their polite language, were exceptional. The room was well-appointed, and the nightwear was incredibly comfortable. Both the main

Above all, I was thoroughly impressed by how delicious the Hotel's cuisine was. The stylish breakfast featuring fresh fruits and salads was delightful, and I couldn't resist purchasing some Hotel-made jam to enjoy back home after savoring it there. The Basque cheesecake also exce

It was a wonderful Hotel. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant and showed the Hotel’s strong commitment to hospitality. The Room was spacious, and I could even see the Tokyo Skytree (d

I once saw in a business hotel a charging cable with type-A, type-C, and Lightning connectors on one end, available for use on the desk. This way, there would be no theft, and it seems they have made it this way for easy use in each room. I was impressed, thinking it was consider

The bath was excellent. Entering around 1:30 AM, it was like having the place to myself with a spacious open-air bath, a view of the sky, small Goemon-style tubs, and plenty of outdoor chairs for relaxation. The design created an atmosphere that made me forget I was in the city.

The only downside was having just one elevator (especially when you’re in a hurry, it’s probably best to allow extra time). When I went out and came back to my Room, the Skytree was sparkling right in front of me. After enjoying the view to my heart’s content, I used the bath-hop

I ended up checking in later than planned after seeing a play starring Rie Miyazawa, but they kindly called to confirm and welcomed me warmly despite my late arrival. Their advice on where to go for drinks in Akabane was spot-on, and with the Akabane festival the next day, it mad

The separate top and bottom pajamas were also a nice touch. The vending machines in the facility were reasonably priced and easy to use, and with many restaurants and a certain discount store nearby, we had a very comfortable stay. This time, we had a busy morning schedule,

Multiple JR and Metro stations are within a 10-15 minute walking distance. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes, making it very convenient. The Room is a bit old but compactly arranged, offering good usability. The front desk staff were polite, allowing for a pl

Once a year, I stay here when I have work near the Hotel. The Room is clean, and it is quiet despite being in the city center. I can rest with peace of mind until work the next day. I’m not very confident driving, and when I had trouble maneuvering in the Hotel parking lot and ca

This was our first stay. Since I was staying with my elderly mother, we looked for a place with a separate toilet and bath and chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, and in addition to a long sofa there were also chairs and a table. Th

The room with a double bed was comfortable, with a large TV and a clean feel. However, since it was a Beauty Plan, I had assumed the bathtub would be spacious and even brought bath salts—but it was much smaller than expected. Larger guests might not fit; it really feels like a sp

I’m not sure where she is from, but I don’t think she’s Japanese. She spoke perfect Japanese and answered all my questions thoroughly—a very pleasant front desk lady. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, and the food there was quite nice. I didn’t have high

From this site, only smoking rooms were available, so I made a reservation for a smoking room. However, when I expressed my desire for a non-smoking room on the day, they checked the availability and I was able to stay in a non-smoking room. Depending on the room situation on the

The tatami room was relaxing, and the spacious toilet made it comfortable to stay. Being a corner room with many windows was also a great point. The large public bath allowed for a relaxing soak. Breakfast had good volume and was satisfying. Overall, it's an accommodation

I often use the Mitsui Garden Hotel Group, and all of their hotels offer a high level of satisfaction. Among them, Kashiwa-no-ha is my favorite with its Onsen, quiet atmosphere, and spacious Room. The Onsen in the early morning is especially relaxing even during business trips.

I arrived early to explore the destination and left my luggage at the Hotel, where the front desk staff provided courteous service that made me feel very comfortable. The Room was quiet, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a washing area, allowing for a relax
