The weather wasn’t great, but the view from the window was wonderful, and I had a comfortable stay. The meals looked beautiful and tasted great, and I really enjoyed them. I was surprised by the afternoon-tea-style presentation. Towels are provided at the Onsen, so you can go without bringing anything. You can wear the samue anywhere in the building, which makes it very relaxing. The samue is comfortable to wear, and it has pockets so you can carry your phone with you.

I’d been wanting to stay here someday, and it was a truly wonderful Room. The lighting had motion sensors, the facilities were barrier-free, and both loungewear and sleepwear (pajamas) were provided, making it very comfortable to spend time here. It was also nice to enjoy French cuisine again after a long time—it was delicious. If I had to mention a couple of points, it was sometimes hard to catch the staff’s explanations (in Japanese), and since the large public bath was set to 40°C, it felt a bit lukewarm; I wished the temperatures of the open-air bath and indoor bath could be adjusted separately. (It may be a healthy temperature setting.)

The sauna was excellent, and the dinner not only offered delicious food but also warm hospitality from the staff. Watching the sunset, gazing at the starry sky, and soaking in the morning sun while sitting outside allowed me to truly unwind. The breakfast was also very satisfying

I’ve stayed at other Dormy Inn Hotels several times on business trips, and everything—cleanliness, the Onsen, and the meals—has always been excellent. This time we visited for a family trip, and my wife and child were thrilled. It made our trip truly enjoyable, and we’d love to stay again!

We stayed here with four generations of our family. Because our 93-year-old grandmother has become more self-conscious around others and rarely goes out to eat, we chose a Room with a private Onsen. She was truly delighted, and we are so glad we chose this Room. Since it was a trip with four generations, we wanted a space where everyone could relax at their own pace, so we made a Reservation for the Wakakusa Room. Thanks to the spacious Room, everyone in the family was able to spend time comfortably and freely without any stress. We usually live in Mie, so it’s rare for our whole family to travel together. This time, traveling with our 3-year-old son and 93-year-old grandmother, we were able to create wonderful memories as a family. We hope we can all visit again while our grandmother is still doing well. Thank you very much for such an unforgettable stay.

I stayed for two nights to attend a concert at Ecopa (one night was booked through another site). Everyone at the front desk was kind and courteous, and I truly appreciated how supportive they were. The late-night noodles, several kinds of ice cream and dairy drinks, and the breakfast were better than I expected. (Even late at night, the staff serving the noodles greeted me with a warm smile and attentive service.) Breakfast was more than sufficient for a Business Hotel—small side dishes, egg dishes, fried shrimp, and fried chicken were all great. I was also surprised by the wide variety of dressings and sauces. Although my Plan did not include breakfast, I ended up adding it on both days. Just one thing: the Room had been renovated and was very clean, but the shower and toilet seemed older, with some mold that couldn’t be fully removed. I think it would be even better if those areas were renovated as well. I had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

The meals are very healthy, using locally sourced ingredients. However, many dishes require guests to cook for themselves, such as shabu-shabu and kushikatsu, and they also feel like dishes that even we homemakers could make. In other words, it seemed there were few dishes with a creative twist. Using freshly harvested vegetables and eggs, I would like the head chef to offer more elaborate dishes. The Room and bath were wonderful, and we were able to relax while fully enjoying nature. This time, when we asked, additional towels were brought free of charge; however, since we bathe in the Onsen multiple times, we would be happy if two towels per person could be provided from the start. The Room was spacious, so we could relax and enjoy a luxurious day!! The outdoor BBQ was also wonderful!! We were also able to visit a nearby Onsen, which was great. Since there weren’t many people, we could take our time and unwind. We’d love to come again.

We stayed in a cottage for the first time with our family and our dog, Maro! As soon as we stepped inside, the kids were thrilled, saying, “Wow! It’s so clean! This is amazing!” Maro ran happily around on the lawn, and seeing him so excited made us feel warm and relaxed. The sea was a bit rough, but we could still take a walk to the beach and had a wonderful time. In the evening, we brought our own BBQ. Everything was neatly set up for us, so preparation was smooth and we all enjoyed it together. The amenities were well stocked, and the kitchen area and cooking utensils were clean and easy to use. It was truly wonderful to be able to relax with our family and dog without worrying about anyone around us. The kids were very happy too—it became a great memory for all of us. We’d love to come stay again with Maro!

This time, I stayed here with my elderly parents. It was our second stay in six months, and although the weather wasn’t on our side, we enjoyed everything—the meals, the lounge, and the activities. My parents were very satisfied with everything, including the atmosphere, and were truly delighted with this trip. We would love to stay again in the future.

There is an Onsen with an open-air bath on the top floor of a high-rise building right next to Oita Station, offering a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the buffet with a boxed set allowed me to choose my portion size while enjoying locally sourced ingredients and regional dishes. The Room size was average, but it was clean and well maintained. This time I traveled solo, but next time I’d like to come with my family.

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful services exactly where we hoped they would be. We could feel the attention to detail everywhere—an all-inclusive in-Room minibar, three kinds of cold drinks prepared at the large public bath, an impressive umeshu collection with 100 varieties (a paradise for umeshu lovers like us), and grilled fish for the Japanese breakfast that you can choose from three options. All of the staff were very cheerful and the overall service quality was excellent. In particular, we were truly moved by the attentive hospitality of the foreign male staff member who took care of us at dinner. We were also surprised by how fluent his Japanese was. Dinner was delicious as well, and we appreciated the focus on local ingredients. The Senju hot pot made with Masuda beef was wonderfully tender and rich. From check-in to check-out, we spent a genuinely relaxing time—simply gazing at the view from our Room in the rain and enjoying forest bathing in a private setting. It was an ideal vacation that helped us forget everyday life and feel refreshed both physically and mentally. If I may mention one thing, incense, fragrant olive flower arrangements, and stick diffusers were placed throughout the building. Even though we came to enjoy such clean air in this area, the scent felt a bit too strong. While you promote sustainability as an Accommodation, it felt somewhat contradictory—and disappointing—that even items like shampoo, body soap, and towels are fragranced. Some guests may enjoy fragrance, but others are sensitive to it as well; I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration going forward. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

The restaurant where we enjoyed the welcome drink and the guests-only lounge were both very comfortable, and we had a wonderful time. The bath felt a little small, but it was clean and pleasant. The Room was spacious with a great ocean view, and both the meals and the Onsen were excellent. Here are a few highlights: - We chose dinner from 17:30, and one alcoholic drink was free. - The flounder tempura was light and fluffy, and absolutely delicious. - Dinner was served as a course meal, while dessert was offered buffet-style—such a luxurious setup. - The ocean view from the large public bath was wonderful, and all the showers and hair dryers were ReFa products. - What impressed me most was how thoroughly cleaned everything was. Although the Room itself didn’t seem particularly new, it was spotless—especially the washbasin area, which looked older but had no water stains at all and gleamed in every corner. It made our stay very comfortable. There were many great points like these, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.

Rather than a scripted approach, each staff member’s personality shines through in their service, which leaves a lasting impression and makes the stay truly comfortable. This time we also used your affiliated golf course and a restaurant at The Busena Terrace, and it was very reassuring that information was shared seamlessly between them. It was the busy summer holiday season with many families, but since it was just the two of us as a couple, The Atta Terrace felt calm and especially relaxing.
