As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. I also really like the breakfast.

This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

Needless to say, the Facility, amenities, and meals were wonderful—but above all, the hospitality was outstanding! From arrival to check-out, we received truly exceptional service. We chose this Accommodation mainly to visit Inuyama Castle, but next time we want to stay here as the main purpose of our trip. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed with you on a weekend in late September. With the weather swinging between hot and cool, days of rain, and even a typhoon, it really feels like anything can happen these days. So we decided: go where you want to go while you can, meet the people you want to meet when you can, and eat what you want to eat when you feel like it. And that meant—let’s go to WATANABE and enjoy autumn! By the time dinner started at 6:00 p.m., it was already dark outside the window. Looking up at the night sky reminded me how last year felt like summer all the way into October, and how we only started sensing autumn around mid-October. This dinner was another wonderful “WATANABE Special”—a luxurious and delicious course (including abalone salad and live Ise lobster with bouillabaisse sauce) that made me genuinely happy from start to finish. Boiled Toneri shellfish in seawater Mehikari fish fritters Herb toast topped with kampachi prosciutto-style ham Gougère filled with tartare of kombu-cured shrimp Snow crab and mushroom cake salé Red bell pepper mousse topped with Hokkaido sea urchin and consommé jelly Steamed abalone tabbouleh (couscous) with celery salad Ayu confit baked in pastry with tapenade and cucumber sauce Local turban shell & brown mushroom bourguignon-style dish Pan-seared white tilefish with peanuts, lightly curry-flavored Lemongrass granita Live Ise lobster with bouillabaisse sauce (assorted mushrooms) Homemade whole-wheat bread Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc dessert Madam’s petit fours and tea Every dish was delicious—especially for someone like me who loves fish roe/innards and being able to enjoy whole fish. Thank you for the wonderful feast both evening and morning. I’m always moved by the chef’s cooking, and soothed by Madam’s gentle smile. Thank you again for such a happy time. Today’s discovery: Madam makes that wonderfully chestnut-filled base of the Mont Blanc herself—amazing!

On a whim, we decided to take a refreshing getaway and made a same-day Reservation at Nampuro, which we’d been curious about for some time. It was our first trip in a while, and while we were excited, we tried not to set our expectations too high when we checked in—but the moment we stepped inside, our excitement just kept growing! We stayed in Grand Oceans, and from the instant we got off the elevator—seeing the wide selection of drinks and light snacks—and walked down the beautifully atmospheric hallway, then opened the door to our room… everything was amazing. One “This is incredible!” after another. A bath with an ocean view, delicious meals, relaxing in the room with drinks—it was exactly the refreshing trip we had been looking for. Since it was raining, it wasn’t quite a breathtaking view this time, but we found ourselves saying, “Next time let’s come when it’s sunny,” and ended up promising each other another stay! Thank you for such a wonderful time. We’ll be back!!

We stayed for two nights with three generations, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied—not only with the magnificent views from the lobby and our Room, but also with the wonderful hospitality and delicious meals. The staff’s attentive, warm service and smiles were especially memorable, and we felt a gentle, clear, pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel. Shizuoka has many sightseeing spots, including a history museum that children can enjoy and Shizuoka Municipal Nihondaira Zoo (this zoo has many thoughtful touches and is truly recommended), so every generation can have a great time. After check-out, we also went to Shimizu Port to enjoy dining and shopping. We visited several attractions including Toshogu Shrine, but there was so much to see that next time we would like to stay at this Hotel again and take more time to fully enjoy both the places we visited this time as well. I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I feel as if both my body and mind have been refreshed. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced it is. Thank you very much. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay. At check-in, the front desk staff kindly and thoroughly explained the in-house Facilities and services, which allowed us to start our stay with complete peace of mind. My wife has a shellfish allergy, and we are truly grateful that the restaurant’s head chef thoughtfully adjusted the menu for us. In particular, dinner on the second night was even more outstanding than the first, and we were deeply moved by the extra care put into each dish. While we were taking photos inside the property, a seasoned and very kind staff member noticed us and spoke to us. They gladly took photos for us, thanks to which we were able to keep wonderful memories of our trip. We are foreigners and can hardly speak Japanese. Even so, throughout our stay we received warm, attentive service that made us forget any language barrier. This stay reminded me once again of what I felt when I first visited a Japanese Ryokan years ago: uniquely Japanese hospitality that truly cherishes travelers and makes them feel as safe and comfortable as if they were at home. It is truly an excellent Ryokan. We sincerely appreciate the heartfelt hospitality of all the staff. We would definitely love to visit again. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

The meals were truly outstanding. The sake pairings were also excellent. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to for the first time in a while.

It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but I’m truly glad we stayed here! The property was very clean, and the lounge had plenty of drinks—my excitement started the moment we arrived. For dinner, we ordered horse sashimi and a three-sake tasting set separately, and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious across the board. The Onsen was relaxing since it was always empty whenever we went (not just the private one), and we were also able to use the baths at a larger affiliated Hotel, which made us very satisfied. The Room was comfortable, and I slept soundly. Above all, the warm hospitality from all the staff made us feel at ease. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

Having visited Yoko no Kaze before, we stayed here this year. Our family has grown, and our daughter-in-law joined us as well. They kindly prepared Rooms next to each other for us. At Kumoba Terrace, we took our time enjoying alcohol and fresh juice, and the lit bonfire and birch forest were truly soothing. In the spacious, clean Room, we relaxed in the Onsen brought from Ueda City. The cuisine was outstanding—seasonal and beautifully presented. We enjoyed everything from the scallop takikomi rice to dessert, though the portions were a bit large for me. As it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday month, we requested a surprise message plate. She was very happy, which made us glad as well. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were able to add another precious family memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with three relatives. In a word, it was a wonderful Accommodation. The restaurant meals were especially excellent—seasonal, creative dishes that we could enjoy both visually and in taste. The chef’s ideas are outstanding. All of the service staff were warm and welcoming, making our dining time even more enjoyable. I felt that whether the meals at an Accommodation are good or not almost determines whether the trip was great. Of course, both the Room and the bath were also very good. If I had to mention one small point, the amenities were from a brand with a very distinctive fragrance. Preferences may vary, but personally I felt there might be other options that would suit this Accommodation as well. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the many delicious, beautifully presented dishes that captured the transition from summer to autumn. We enjoyed them in a private dining Room with a waterfall right in front of us. We stayed in a detached suite called Suirei, where a small stream runs through the Room. From the spacious open-air bath, there is another smaller open-air bath just down a few steps; each has a different temperature, so you can soak for as long as you like. The garden was also expansive, and we were able to fully enjoy summer and feel refreshed. Thank you very much for celebrating our 60th birthday with us. I hope to visit again even when I’m a grandmother.

This was my second stay, and it was just as moving as the first. From every part of the Facility—the lobby, restaurant, attached café, and of course the Room, the semi-open-air bath in the Room, and the large public bath—you can enjoy wonderful views of East Izu’s greenery and the open sea. The lounge also offers excellent services such as complimentary drinks, and you can even enjoy table tennis, which I personally love. Soaking your feet in the spacious courtyard footbath while listening to lovely background music is another truly relaxing moment. It may not be highlighted much on the website, but for limited hours the attached café also serves a variety of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. This is a Facility I would definitely like to use again. I’m deeply grateful to all of the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

We had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation we visit, we are always delighted by the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. At Fufu Hakone this time as well, we were soothed by the warm welcome from all the staff and were able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. An Accommodation that makes you want to come back—Fufu is still number one for me. This time, we also made use of a wonderful IKYU benefit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this special opportunity. We will do our best in everyday life and look forward to coming back to Fufu again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The entire property was spotless, and the Room was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a special escape from everyday life. All of the staff were extremely courteous, and we could feel their thoughtful attention throughout our stay, which made our time there truly comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every dish. Everything was excellent, and mealtimes were especially memorable during this stay. My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.
