This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

We stayed here overnight while traveling back home. My child loves cars, so seeing engines and car bodies everywhere was exciting in itself, and we were able to spend a fulfilling, luxurious time. As I was traveling with my mother who has difficulty walking, we ordered room service and enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace on the balcony, feeling the pleasant breeze while watching the circuit.

The meals were truly outstanding. The sake pairings were also excellent. This is an Accommodation I definitely want to return to for the first time in a while.

Since we don’t do sightseeing, we focus on meals and the Onsen and look for an Accommodation where we can relax in our Room—this place is perfect! Above all, the food is delicious, the Onsen feels wonderful, and we can spend time at ease in a simple yet spotlessly cleaned Room. The Wi‑Fi connects smoothly as well, so it’s completely stress-free. With each dish, we enjoyed imagining how it was prepared while looking at the menu, and once again our hearts were full—it was pure happiness. Not only is the cooking excellent, but the couple’s calm and gentle atmosphere is so comforting that this has become our favorite Accommodation. We’ll be back in a different season—thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your hospitality the other day. I’m sorry my review is late. At this Accommodation, we were worried about making check-in on time due to unexpected traffic, but they handled it with incredible kindness and flexibility. We told them—though we didn’t know exactly when we would arrive—that we really wanted to have dinner, and they warmly replied, “We’ll be waiting.” In the end, we made it in time and were able to enjoy the meal without delay. It wasn’t an overly luxurious kind of service, but rather thoughtful hospitality that anticipated what guests might need—whether in the Room, the bath, or the meals. There was also live entertainment: a staff member performed a singing-and-guitar set during dinner. We had no idea there would be live music, so it was a wonderful surprise. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, featuring seasonal ingredients and local specialties unique to the area. From presentation to flavor, everything was beyond words and truly enjoyable. I only wish we could have checked in earlier so we could have enjoyed more of the Accommodation. We would love to visit again.

Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

It was a wonderful Hotel! We made a Reservation for two Rooms. Throughout our stay, we truly felt the hospitality—our Rooms were arranged close to each other, and the luggage we had sent ahead was placed in our Room in advance. The restaurant dinner we booked through the lounge was delicious and an excellent value, and the morning buffet was great as well—the sakura shrimp was especially tasty. It’s not an easy place for us to visit since we live far away, but we would love to stay again.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. I feel as if both my body and mind have been refreshed. I can hardly believe how reasonably priced it is. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

Our family of four stayed for two nights in connecting Rooms. From our Room, we enjoyed beautiful views of Lake Biwa and different sunsets each day. The large public bath was also wonderful, allowing us to relax and recover from our travels at a leisurely pace. During our stay, we were able to unwind with complimentary drinks in the 10th-floor lounge as many times as we liked. The staff kindly spoke to us throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for your heartfelt hospitality.

We used Reserve for his birthday. The guest room and Facilities were very spacious and spotless. This Accommodation pays close attention to every detail, from the building itself to the furniture and small touches. It was exactly as imagined, with wonderful hospitality—we were completely satisfied! Breakfast was very luxurious; I chose the Japanese set meal, and there was also a salad and dessert buffet, so we were fully satisfied from the morning. The space was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to friends.

This was my first stay at Fufu Karuizawa Shoyo no Mori. Last year, I stayed at Fufu Karuizawa Yoko no Kaze and was very satisfied, so this year I chose Shoyo no Mori. The property has a calm atmosphere, with a relaxing lobby lounge and courtyard. The Room was spacious, and the Onsen was wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I would definitely like to stay again.

The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. This was my first time staying here. The Hotel’s private beach was right in front of us, so we could start enjoying it from the morning. We stayed for two nights, and since we could make restaurant reservations and choose where to dine, we were able to relax and enjoy our meals. The food was delicious, and our child was very happy as well. The summer festival event was also wonderful. We even got to see the Awa Odori dance, and it made for a fantastic summer vacation. It was very convenient that there were places at the beach to rinse swimsuits and a spin dryer, but I think it would be even better if there were a route to the first-floor bath where you could rinse off sand from the beach or pool and enter directly in swimwear. If the drink selection at the evening family buffet included a few more options such as local sake, adults might be able to enjoy it even more.

This Accommodation is highly recommended. The Room was clean and comfortable, and with the fresh greenery of the season, the semi-open-air Onsen was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. The location and surroundings are excellent. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. Next time, I plan to choose the largest Room with an open-air bath.

We stayed one night as a couple in a Suite Hollywood Twin. Since light meals were available in the lounge, we skipped dinner and planned to eat out if it wasn’t enough, but my wife overindulged in cake at afternoon tea and slowed down—so no dining out as planned! Even the light bites at cocktail time left us completely full. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax in the large bath. We used valet parking, and when retrieving our car we were even given two chilled bottles of mineral water—we were truly touched by the staff’s thoughtfulness. It was an outstanding Hotel in every way. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed from August 1 to 2 for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. From the moment you step into the Hotel, you’re overwhelmed by the incredible setting—this alone is more than satisfying! The Hotel is kept beautifully clean, and the stunning views throughout are truly soothing. The amenities are well stocked, and the food is unbelievably delicious—everything feels exceptionally fulfilling. During meals, the staff always watched the timing and brought each dish at just the right moment, and they even helped us celebrate her birthday. Every member of staff was genuinely wonderful, and we were grateful from start to finish. It became an unforgettable birthday trip. Thank you so much—we’ll definitely stay again!

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was exceptional. Being able to soak in the wonderful Onsen at any time, surrounded by the soothing scent of hinoki cypress, was pure bliss. The meals were outstanding—especially breakfast. We were truly impressed by the carefully prepared dishes made with delicious dashi, and ended up eating far more rice than usual. Every staff member was kind and attentive with just the right sense of distance, allowing us to relax throughout our stay. We would love to return again. I had another wonderful stay. No matter which Fufu Accommodation I visit, I am always fully satisfied with the consistently heartfelt hospitality and the truly careful, delicious cuisine. This time at Fufu Hakone as well, I was comforted by the warm welcome from all the staff and was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. For an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again, Fufu is still number one for me. This time, I was also able to use a wonderful benefit from IKYU, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful for this great opportunity as well. I will do my best in everyday life and look forward to returning to Fufu. Thank you very much.
